Excellent customer service and expedited funding!

I was promised no origination cost for business loan as a returning customer. But they still charged origination fee per paperwork. I was assured that origination fee will be reimbursed after the loan is disbursed. Unfortunately, the commitment is not delivered. I am still chasing them to deliver their promise for origination cost reimbursement.

I submitted the application online, and the next morning I received a phone call from Hannah. We went through some basic questions regarding my business needs and goals. Hannah kept in touch that same day with loan offers, and we reviewed each one and decided on the best loan offer that fit my needs. The loan documents were signed online the same day, and the funds were deposited into my account the next business day. The process was very easy and straightforward, and I would highly recommend OnDeck to others. The interest rates are higher than conventional business bank loans, but my experience with banks is that they drag out the loan process and are not interested in providing quick capital. I look forward to building my relationship with OnDeck for future lending needs.
