Their Customer Service is horrible

Their Customer Service is horrible. That is assuming you can get a hold of them. Every time I call, it is a 30-45 minute wait (if I wait that long). And then they transfer you to a different department that you have to wait again. The patient Portal is not any better. Lab tests are not posted. Recommend going somewhere else.

Horrible antisocial company

Took over most of my local labs monopoly style, now check in process for outpatient phlebotomy has become convoluted and cumbersome waits for bloods draws are significantly longer, results take much longer to get and LabCorp is using my email to spam me with advertising. Now I have little option if I need lab tests, but to support a giant union busting corporation that feeds patient info to Google and scams Medicare and Medicaid.

I went there looking for my A1c…

I went there looking for my A1c numbers, and instead they gave me my glucose numbers, why would one go there for the glucose numbers when you can do that at home, I paid $39 for nothing and it was nothing but a scam, be very cautious if what you purchase.

Labcorp is the best

It is so easy to get bloodwork done at labcorp. They usually have same day appintments. They run on time and can even take you early. The professionals who work there do a great job and getting bloodwork done is practically painless.

Never go to any LabCorp

Went to LabCorp on Trindle Rd in Mechanicsburg, PA 17055 on 9/22/25 for blood work.

Your pathetic company Never sent my doctor the test results. As a result, the day of my appt with my doctor there were no blood test results to discuss. Now I have to schedule another office visit and pay another co-pay!!! Additionally, the morons that work there didn't do an A1C. Now I have to do another fasting and get another blood test done that will charge my insurance for another blood work!!! Your incompetent employees are overcharging the Medicare system. Charges should be brought against your company for Medicare fraud. Because of this company's incompetance, untrained, inept employees I will be paying another copay for an office visit. Your pathetic company owes me $20 for an additional doctor's office visit. The company should be brought up on charges for Medicare fraud. Wonder how many other patients they have done this to. I'm reporting this company for Medicare fraud. This place is despicable.

Buyer Beware LabCorp and LabCrop On Demand are different

I get bloodwork May 28,2025 appt. While ordering online, it is not apparent that LabCorp on demand is different than LabCorp. On demand cannot be linked to insurance. June 3, 2025. I want to link my results to my insurance. On the LabCorp website, my billing history is blank. The screen states: if the bill does not display, provide invoice #, zipcode, birthdate, and click update insurance button. I enter my invoice number which it states it doesn't exist. The Billing screen states to call this number if you don't see your bill history, so I did. After 30+ minutes of back and forth, the person finally informs me that she needs to transfer me. I have no idea why. The next operator was quite rude and abrupt. She kept interrupting me, telling me to stop, I was providing too much information. I was being quite direct. Essentially, she couldn't care less and had the answers before I asked them. She said I had initially called Labcorp billing, and that she is Labcorp On Demand. She continued to interrupt me. I could tell she wanted me off her phone. I said Why didn't the girl before know this right away from my issues. She kept saying I called the wrong place, didn't say goodbye, and hung up on me. How am I supposed to know the difference? My results are linked through the LabCorp website. When googling, I only see Labcorp website links. It is not apparent that these are two different departments/companies. (The On Demand website states: You can purchase your lab test without a doctor's visit—right here, right now. Just click to purchase and register your test to get started.) I did not notice that On Demand orders are different than Labcorp. Nor that ON Demand orders are not coded for insurance to be available for linking to insurance. There should be a disclaimer on all websites to make it very clear that LabCorp versus On Demand bills will never display and don't link to insurance. My initial appointment issue May 28, 2025. The waiting area was past capacity. People were complaining to everyone (shouting it out) that all appointments were over an hour behind. People with appointments were leaving without being seen. My appointment was 10:30 am. It was well after 12 when they took my blood. If LabCorp can't handle the number of people, do not allow walk-ins. In my area, Quest sticks to their appt times. People are in and out. I would research before going to Labcorp. The website is confusing. IMO LabCorp has gone downhill. I now understand why all my employers and insurance prefers Quest.
