I ordered a test on amazon. It was very easy to do at home with the directions they gave. And sending out my test for results was a seamless process - they provided me with the shipping label and package. I'd recommend to family and friends.

Impossible to contact, both their phone numbers are inoperative, 703 722-6067 and 877 760-2333.
I had a question on a test kit purchased from Amazon.

All according to description.

I thought the test was simple and easy to use.

I ordered the 4 sample saliva test per by NP to test my cortisol level. I received the written results. My NP was interpreting them the opposite of the written notes. I contacted customer service and asked for clarification on the results. I was told they couldn't do that and to go back to NP. So I paid over $100 for a test i can do nothing with. It was a waste of time and money.

I ordered a kit to test Vitamin B levels from this company through Amazon. It was received on October 25th. I completed the test on the 26th and put it in the mail. USPS states it was received at the lab on the 3rd of November. I received an email stating that the sample could not be processed because it was too old!? I am VERY unhappy with this company and its testing procedure. I am asking for a full refund but to date have not had a reply.

Waited a week for a kit. Posted samples the same day ot arrived (Monday). The lab confirmed reception on Friday the same week although it was posted from Kent to London. Waited another 2 weeks and received an email that due to tech issues I need to re do the test. I requested refund as my serious health condition does not allow for another month of waiting and not being sure whether I get results. Extremely long waiting time is not acceptable if one requires tests privately and results asap.

I never received my results because I could never login to their site. They said my emails were not valid, yet they had sent me emails to that address! It seems like a total scam.

Customer service is non existent.
No update on samples sent more than a week ago. Does not even show that they received the sample.

I paid the money, collected the saliva samples and registered the test. It doesn’t show in my account and I have no idea a week later what to expect. Three emails with no response, there’s no call center support!! I’m a physician and would never recommend this sort of shitty support for medical tests by verisana. Fix your issues and treat people as if they matter.

Did a cholesterol test three weeks later no results back

Worst company ever.I ordered Comprehensive Stool analysts kit ,and 10 days after I sent them back the sample I received email is too old to be proceeded.I do not recommend that company

I did a Zonulin test, sent my sample to them on a Monday as requested, they received it Tuesday next day. A week later I get an email saying my sample has been in transit too long so cannot be analysed - apparently it is forwarded to Germany for testing!! Avoid this company, no replies to my emails, phone number doesn’t work - scam company. I got my money back via my bank.

I ordered this test for my gut flora. When it arrived I was surprised to see no instructions for packaging up and posting the sample to London, and just a basic plastic envelope. On looking at the Royal Mail guidelines for biological materials I was concerned about labelling as the company did not supply any special stickers for the package. In the end I put everything in the original box with bubble wrap and told the PO that it was a swab test. I paid for 24 hour tracked.
A few days later I received an email saying my sample had not been processed as 'it spent too long in transit'. I questioned this as I knew it had arrived at the main office within the 24 hours. The Customer Service responded quickly and told me it had to be sent on to a lab in Germany, which I knew from reading the previous reviews, however they did not specify where and how the delay occurred.
I was offered another test free of charge or a refund, and since there was no explanation about the delay or guarantee it would not happen again, I chose a refund. The kit money was returned immediately, so I just lost the £8 postage money, and my time and effort.
Very disappointing as it was a waste - I never got my sample analysed so never got any results. I will be looking elsewhere now
