One Place is a property search platform that brings millions of real estate listings from across Europe into a single, searchable index. Instead of checking dozens of individual portals and agency sites, you search once and see homes gathered from hundreds of sources in One Place, whether you’re buying or renting. We use our own machine learning models to read and structure listings, then match and merge duplicates so the same home isn’t repeated across different sites. You can search with traditional filters like price, location, and size, describe what you’re looking for in plain language, or find homes similar to ones you already like. Every listing is enriched with nearby points of interest, like schools, transit, shops, and parks, pulled from open map data, so you can understand a neighborhood before you visit. One Place covers most of Europe, from the Nordics and Baltics through France, Italy, Spain, Portugal, Greece, and beyond, with millions of listings updated continuously. There’s no app to download: everything runs in your browser and works just as well on your phone as your laptop.
