Stressful shopping
Most stressful shopping experience ever!! Can't spend more than the voucher and pay the rest.
Customer service said oh yea yea you have to spend UNDER the amount for them to work best. Meaning they can keep the change so it were.
To have the purchase of the gift card refunded opens up a whole new can of worms. Cost of a 'full' refund is £7.00, form submission and wait 7 working days.
Utter rip off. My advice DO NOT BUY THESE GIFT CARDS

Birthday Gift card non delivery
Although the birthday gift card did not arrive at its destination via Royal Mail which was disappointing and had been shipped out by one4 all the customer service and it’s communication was very very prompt and helpful and I was refunded. In the future I will have their gift cards emailed out due to Royal Mails unreliability.

AVOID
AVOID - SCAM! The company who owns these cards clearly reduces the amount of credit on the gift cards at a rapid rate. They are highly difficult to use online as you can’t put them towards a higher value order - you have to spend under the value of the card. Won’t ever buy these as a gift!

£40 completely wasted
My two children were bought these as Christmas presents- £20 each. We have been struggling to use them ever since. I tried to use one of them in Next today, and was told that even though Next is listed as a participating retailer on the One 4 All website, they don't accept them. The lady in Next told me that lots of customers have had this issue. I am at a loss as to how I can use these as they don't work online either and I am becoming more and more frustrated. The cards were bought by my children's Aunt - she'd be upset if she knew she'd wasted all her money on them.

AVOID
Just awful, avoid. Dreadful user experience logging into app, embarrassment at the shop at a busy checkout. Please don’t buy these cards as gifts. It’s a headache for anyone trying to help your kid spend them. They’re not like normal vouchers and there’s very little advice about how to actually spend them.

Worthless
I went M&S to spend my £25 voucher it had zero balance, i checked online zero balance so i sent receipt/photo etc to One4all, surprise surprise an error message comes up! I noticed the same happened to anothe customer 2 days ago and reported on Trustpilot.
I will try ringing them on Monday if I do not get anywhere I will go to Sainsbury where I bought it from and tell them about this obvious scam

Horribly difficult to use
The most difficult gift cards to use ever. You can't use them to make part payment online which is difficult when you have a couple to use. But to combine them costs YOU money. There is very limited shops you can use it in - the Home & Garden card is not able to be used in most Home & Garden places. It almost became farcical trying to get rid of these things.

If you purchase one of these gift cards for someone, you are giving them a headache rather than a gift.
The company make it RIDICULOUSLY hard to use them online or in store, by needing to verify yourself for financial reasons first and/or using them as a debit card online rather than a gift card. They can't be used as part payment so you have to spend the exact amount and potentially sacrifice the remaining balance if it isn't sufficient to use on another purchase.
After a period of time they begin taking charges from your balance so the value diminishes. I imagine that so many people lose patience with trying to use the vouchers, they end up never being redeemed and the money ends up lining the companies pockets. Its basically a scam, and i'd tell everyone I could just to give the cash as a gift and not waste everyone's time with this company.
People have been kind enough to gift us these cards a few times in the past and its been a nightmare each time. Staff at the retailers have no idea how to handle them either, and it becomes embarrassing.

We start taking an admin fee after 18 months and if you tell staff at the till they can process the card as a regular visa debit card that should help

This company must be raking in the money as I can imagine most people just get so frustrated trying to buy anything, they throw it in a drawer and forget about it. Do not waste your time - Just stick a tenner in an envelope for your loved ones instead
Be wary if you are spending online, you have to spend the exact amount or less and can't be used as a typical giftcard to put towards the purchase of something larger (You have to go to a store and split payment).
The hassle I have had trying to use this was painful. Then the online store refunded my order.
Of which the money never went back into my account with One4all.
Tried to contact them - spent 10 minutes submitting all of the info for their online contact form (including nice little screenshots to be as helpful as possible) and...
You guessed it also a waste of time as the online form just returns an error message with no other way to contact them.
Had to spend another 5 minutes scouring the internet to find an alternative method of contacting them

If I could give no stars I would, this gift card is absolutely useless. All I tried to do was use it a "Greene king" establishment but to do so I had to purchase a " Great British pub card" using the gift card. Sounds simple enough, after lengthy calls to their inadequate customer care team and issue of new card the purchase of the "great British pub card" has still not been achieved!!. Now waiting for them to send me another physical card so we can start the process all over again. I think this card only works if the retailer accepts the card at the till. I would never buy one of these cards as a present for no one, only people I dislike

Fee Card Management charges, Beware!!!
Hi. I was given a gift card for £15 from an HNS colleague. I have tried to use this card on line with no success.
Today I came across my card and logged on my account only to fine that my £15 gift is now only £10.50 as 0.90 pence has been deducted 5 times for fee card management ??
This is unacceptable as its a gift card that is charged and funds are deducted. Not recommenced.

Hi Lisa, we are sorry to learn of the issues you are having spending your card. As our gift cards work off a Visa Debit platform, part payment is not available online.
If you are using the gift card in a store you can use it as part-payment by informing the cashier of the balance on the card and by paying the remaining balance via alternative means.
Most retailers can accept up to three forms of payment, but it does depend on each individual retailer if part payment is accepted.
This cannot be processed online. When spending online the balance of the gift card must cover the full transaction cost.
