I am very happy with the care and professionalism shown by One5 Health over the past couple of years that I have been with them. I like their positive and preventative approach to health and feel very happy to have this kind of support during the current NHS crisis.
I am particularly happy with my recent treatment from Dr Anna Paul who I found very warm, intelligent and empathetic.
I have no hesitation in recommending them.

Had my Wellman review with Dr. Jessica at One5 Health and couldn't be happier with the service. The clinic is modern and efficient, but the highlight was the consultation. Dr. Jessica broke down my blood results and health markers in a way that actually made sense, stripping away the medical jargon.

The report I received afterwards together with the follow up call made everything clear and actionable. It’s rare to find a doctor who balances medical expertise with such a personable approach. I’ll definitely be back for my annual check-up next year.

A great experience with One5 Health.

The site I visited was in a shared working office which whilst functional was not very professional feeling.
Consultation with the doctor was good, although there is a lot of up-selling of different tests and services.
The disappointing part for me was that the results were then sent in documents that were unintelligible to someone not medically trained - with the idea being that you then get a 15 minute follow up call.
Except the doctor I had originally seen didn’t work the day of the week I needed the call to be on (Friday).

I was then sent an email querying why I had booked an appointment with a different doctor to who I had originally seen (!) and then the day before the follow up, the meeting was cancelled. I was then unable to arrange another appointment for a Friday for a further three weeks. So I waited over 5 weeks for a follow up.

The follow up was ok- but despite any serious findings, 15 minutes for a call is woefully inadequate.
30 minutes would be very tight.

I raised that the test results are not interpretable by the patient and the doctor said I would receive a summary report following my follow up.
I have received nothing as I write this (4 days later).

I always do my research and had read reviews carefully.
I regret using this provider and I would not use them again. I do not feel like I have had a service worth the £650 outlay (£400 plus £250 additional tests).

As always, I received a very thorough review of my test results and had a very helpful and constructive discussion about my general health and well-being. I find it particularly valuable that I'm able to have my annual medicals with the same doctor at.One5Health so that there is a real sense of continuity and engagement

Easy to get an appointment; good location; attentive service from everyone including admin emails and calls; sufficient time given at appointment for proper full consultation; very quick and clear reporting of test results; and above all an amazing GP who was caring, gave full explanations, listened carefully, very respectful, professional and knowledgeable.

Would highly recommend the health assessment which was thorough and insightful.

Everything was great (including convo with Dr and their suggestions) except that the actual written report findings of the results of blood test + action plan in terms of next steps post follow up convo with GP were not as detailed as I would expect.

While the call with the doctor was helpful, it was not recorded and I don't have much to go by moving forward in terms of detailed documentation. It feels a little bit like I had a GP appointment, some blood work/results provided, and a 30 min follow up chat with GP but no real detailed plan of action which makes it feel like I was shorted a bit of life guidance / action plan. They did follow up with additional services I could sign up for at additional costs to assist e.g. nutritionist, etc.

I separately had to hire a nutritionist to assist me in actually interpreting and providing an action plan based on the results.

Just understand that what you are paying for is a detailed blood work plus a pre/post convo with a GP. The real work and any subsequent action plans are on you to figure out or pay up to have another person join the medical team to assist.

Great to be under the care of a GP service that’s so focused on prevention but also give access for acute issues. Memberships are really reasonably priced and packed full of value, I’ve just renewed mine and my partners for another year. Doctors really seem to have a really level of expertise beyond what I have felt from other GPs that I’ve been to in the past. I really trust the service as it really feels it has real integrity behind it. Thanks for looking after me so well!

Great, knowlegeable, reassuring GP's, with excellent communication skills. I have dealt, over several years, with doctors Jessica, Mehma, Oliver and have nothing but praise for them. This young company has, amongst other aspects, excellent complete Healthchecks, an imaginative Founder and CEO Gaurav, and a very efficient intermediary team - Nikit and Arnisa. Hats off!

Dr Jessica Howitt is a amazing doctor she listens and is so caring One5Health lucky to have her.

I went for the Well Man Check Up PLUS and found the whole experience great value for money. The blood tests are very comprehensive, and all readings are given alongside the ideal range values. Of Particular importance to me was the PSA and cholesterol readings. The follow up call from the Doctor was also very instructive. I would recommend One5 Health to anyone who cares about their health

I organised a health screening using my company health expense plan, and it was a fantastic experience throughout. Oliver Rabie was the friendliest and most thorough doctor I've ever encountered, offering various recommendations and a holistic approach to my health. The blood report and muscle composition data was really insightful. I would absolutely recommend.
