It’s better if you find another distributor
Experience with this company has not been good. Some orders getting delayed even though stated in stock, false promises of call backs etc. We have been recently told from One AV that we’re too much of a hassle to deal with and we’re rude to them over the phone. This means they have told us that they will not do business with us again. As far as I’m aware, I phone in because of untold order delays, stock inquiry and tracking numbers. We as a business have to get our customers goods installed and untold delays such as this can slow us down and cost us money. We have only expressed our concerns about issues like this. I have treated support with decency and respect. Recently, we believe someone modified our shipment and selected to deliver at a pick up point even though it is stated to go to a certain address. We asked for a refund on shipping however it was refused and eventually we got a shipping refund. Five minutes later, we were told we cannot buy anything from this company. The refund however took 2 weeks to reach us and we were told that they would contact Finance and email us. We didn’t receive anything. Overall, please avoid if you want your orders to come on time and expect decent communication.
