cancelled order with no notice?
Edited -i contacted the customer care and they did respond and offered the refund, which is good, thank you for that.
I will consider this matter closed now
Has anyone experienced these: website in English, purchase in English and then confirmation e-mail in Italian.
When track button used, it says (in Italian) that the order has ben cancelled. No e-mails sent regarding the cancellation and money taken from the account. no communication about a refund on the way and on why the order has been cancelled. Is that normal procedure with this company or have I been scammed? thank you for any heads up.

A bait & switch operation..
This is a bait & switch operation. They advertise an inexpensive product price & charge $30+ for shipping. I thought it was an error on the totals screen where charges are itemized. And I hit submit, I was unable to stop my order as it was processing. And no surprise.. The company has no option on its website to cancel an order that was just requested.
An email per the instructions on my invoice, and they wrote back in a nasty way and said the shipping charge was clear on the screen before I hit submit.
Is this really the way this company insists on doing business? Scamming people who are just legitimately trying to purchase a product from their site. I have been suckered into paying $61 for Garnier SPF over-makeup spray that would normally cost $25.
If you don’t want to be scammed like me, avoid this online store!! 🫣

BEWARE. I wanted to purchase fragrance and then, while checking them out I saw the MOST AGRESSIVE responses ever from a merchant to a customer, towards ALL their one star customers that had a complaint. That scarred me. Also, checking their address because I have family all over in Italy, in Naples, Sicily and Bari that travel all the time and could eventually go pick up my order, I see that they have two completely different addresses. One is Via Venezia 3F, 80053 Castellammare di Stabia (NA) – Italy which to my surprise it's actually a SCHOOL OR PRESCHOOL of sorts and the second one as the operational office: Via Roma 93C, 30020 Quarto d'Altino (VE) – Italy. The one star is for their aggressiveness towards their clients which I believe that is already a serious tell-tell sign. I will update once my family makes it to that area and hopefully I'll be able to give them a 5 star!

Fragrances at good price and low shipping costs.
I had the pleasure of placing 2 orders from OneBioShop. Before posting a review the first time, I wanted to try again to see if it was a one off thing or not.
Happy to say that I will be ordering much more from this website. They have a range of different fragrances at good prices, they ara packaged really well and very securely.
The only little downfall is the processing times as it is a bit long. However, I do not mind that as patience is rewarded. I do not mind to wait as long as ultimately the items arrive in good condition.
On top of that, they offer fair and competitive shipping prices. So that is one of the reasons I highly recommend.
Well done to the team at OneBioShop. You have a returning customer!
