I hate to admit, it but i am another victim!!

the last review is basically the same that happened to me so I wont go through the whole dreadful experience. I also received a cheque eventually which obviously bounced. they did ask for my bank details after the first cheque bounced so they could do a BACS! another cheque was supposed to be sent but didn't arrive even though they promised me it would be honoured! I was also 'speaking' to Anna on the email who was so very apologetic! I also contacted the police in Jersey to see what they could do. its utterly disgusting they are still trading - why are they still trading!
I hope no-one else gets caught.

Only got my money back when I contacted Trading Standards in Jersey!

Same experience as other Oral-Brush.com customers. I ordered £38 worth of replacement toothbrush heads in November 2013. They never arrived. Allegedly, replacements were resent and again they never turned up. E-mails always received in response to mine, but always with a different excuse. The latest is their distribution centre in Latvia sent out all orders but a lot of people didn't receive them - they are investigating. According to Anna (if that is her real name!), '...we have recently opened a depot in the UK and in future will be sending orders via a signed for service.'. Out of frustration I contacted the Jersey Trading Standards office. Through them contacting Oral-Brush.com/Onebo Limited, a cheque was sent to me which I received a couple of days ago, with a brief letter typed on a blank piece of A4 (non letterhead paper). I have now banked it and see whether it bounces or not!

I would never wish to buy anything from these companies ever again and advise others not to either. I also recommend you contact Mr Martin Preisig, Trading Standards Officer at m.preisig@gov.je and let him know if you have had similar problems. How many innocent people are being cheated by this organisation!?!

UPDATE (14 March 2014) - As expected, I received a letter from my bank today saying the cheque wasn't honoured by their bank NatWest in Jersey and was returned 'Refer to Payer'. Further evidence this company is not genuine and cannot be trusted!

Do not use this company which incorporates Oral-Brush!!!!!!

Ordered goods before Christmas , simple toothbrushes, nothing turned up so started chasing, excuse after excuse then I find their phone number disappeared and no communicado.

Based in Jersey and I assume they are living the life whilst people continue to place orders whilst not receinving their goods!!!!

Avoid!!!!!!

FRAUDSTERS AT THEYRE BEST

I ordered toothbrush heads on 4/11/13 payment went out 5/11/13?after numerous attempts to make contact I have logged a complaint with paypal as they take the money via onebo but have not sent my order I suggested they investigate this site as after all these reviews they must be taking thousands off people for nothing????easy money at our expense UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES WILL I OR SHOULD ANYONE ELSE USE THIS COMPANY AS YOU ARE MAKING SOME DODGY SCUM BAGS RICH

Supply's Fake products and will not provide refunds ....avoid at all costs

Brought two 128gb USB sticks from this company in March via Dealcloud, they supplied the two USB sticks eventually after I'd complained of non delivery. Upon receipt the 128gb turned out to be fake and these were only really 8gb USB sticks. Contacted Onebo and they claimed that both USB's must be faulty. I disagreed but sent their rubbish back to them by registered post. Once I had confirmation of delivery I contacted them again but they denied that they had received them.... when I emailed proof of receipt they strangely acknowledged they had them. Despite numerous attempts since I have still never received a refund and today noticed their website is no longer accessible, lets hope these scum are not able to start up business again!!

I would also like to add that Dealcloud are not much better as they refuse to have any more involvement once their voucher has been used.... avoid Dealcloud as well is my advice....

Avoid this site -total scam

Ordered a 64Gb micro SD card in June, it failed a few months later and is totally unusable.

Have tried many times to contact the seller to find out if I can get a replacement/refund, but have had absolutely no response.

Very poor quality products, no support/service afterwards.

Low life rip offs

Purchased a voucher for a phone memory card, which never turned up! Sent an email they said "well we have sent it" asked for proof so I could put a claim in, needed details - Sent so many emails and they have not responded to them. There's no number I can find. If you want something, go to a trustworthy company who aren't out for just your money!

LYING CHEATING RIPOFF MERCHANTS

Do not do business with this company they are a bunch of crooks.
128 gig flash drive ordered via Dealcloud offer, drive arrived fairly promptly however it was corrupt (just like them) drive was returned and they informed me money would be credited to my account but it never was.No answer to my emails.
Avoid these sewer rats like the plague.

Avoid at all costs

I cannot express how much you should NOT use this company. I personally never bother writing reviews for companies but am always keen to get people's views on them. Unfortunately, (for me) I believed this company to be legit as they were offering deals through dealcloud. I received my voucher and despite having to wait for it to become activated for several days, finally managed to place my order. Two weeks later my item still hadn't arrived and I sent a follow-up email. They replied (the only time they did) to ask me to wait longer as it had already been dispatched. I am now 2 months in and still no product. I have sent 15 emails through their web form and not had a single reply. I am at a total loss as to what to do as their phone number has been disconnected and there appears to be no other means by which to contact them.

I would strongly urge anyone thinking about buying from this company, no matter how appealing the deal and/or who might be sponsoring it (dealcloud, groupon, living social etc) NOT to do so.

As I mentioned I usually never write reviews but my experience has been so appalling I felt I had to warn people just how bad this company is. Please do not think this is another person complaining for the sake of it. This is a genuinely deceptive company who will take your money and offer no responses to any form of complaint.

You have been warned.

Utterly useless, no communications whatsoever, and seem to hold their customers in utter contempt

I ordered a 64GB Class 10 Microsd and Sd Adapter from them on 20/07/13 order #2202003975 and have not received anything whatsoever. I've tried communicating with them now via their Web site on three occasions, received confirmations that my communications have been received, but haven't had the courtesy of an answer. They've updated my order status after I complained and MANUALLY amended the date on the order to show it as dispatched after I've written to complain.

Utterly useless - avoid them at all costs!

They've gone bust!

The phone lines no longer work, however, the Website is still up and running and they are able to take your money! DO NOT USE THIS SITE UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES!!!

Liars

I also purchased the livingsocial deal for a 256gb flash drive at what seemed like a great price. Understanding I'd got a cheap deal, I was prepared to wait to get my order. I just didn't realise how long I'd be waiting!

After 1 month of placing the order, I finally got an email to say that the item had been shipped. I waited three weeks and then emailed them at the address listed on their website, no response. Emailed again.. no response. Finally I used their contact page and actually got a response telling me they hadn't had any previous contact with me. They apologised and told me that it seems like the flash drive must have gone missing in the post and they would post another one to me.

Two weeks later and I still haven't had anything. I used the contact form once again and got a response saying it had only been posted 2 days ago and I needed to wait 5 days before they would accept it was missing.

Finally, I waited another two weeks and contacted them again. The final response said that they are now having stock problems and they have no choice but to offer a refund. Disappointing. It had been 2 months and 1 week since the original order had been placed with Onebo.

After reading reviews on here it seems like this is a common problem and that the company can't cope with demand. Which is fine, if they had told me this in the first place instead of stringing me along for so long.

A quick ebay search reveals the same USB drives for £10 cheaper, so I'd recommend anyone to just use ebay over these guys as at least you have some cover with them.

Poor customer service

Mini SD card purchased 19th feb.- item marked in stock
28th feb- since it had not arrived, checked status this was marked as "packing in progress"
Online chat with customer services and told supply problems. Seemed surprised when I explained that it was in marked in stock when ordered and that I had no communication from company. Promised me it would be despatched 1st class that day and a gift would be enclosed as a goodwill gesture.
29th feb- as item had not arrived, checked status again - still marked as "packing in progress". Another online chat- told it had been despatched and offering £5 gift token to be emailed. Seemed surprised that I declined this offer because I would not be purchasing from them again ( and already thinking that they had sent a free gift anyway)
2nd March item arrived- not sent 1st class post and , I should not really be surprised, no free gift.
Not impressed by poor excuses, lack of reliability of their system updates, lack of honesty and failure to carry out promises.
Will not be purchasing from these again and will certainly be warning others away from Onebo
