Avoid!!! Incredibly unprofessional.
I ordered a custom design following the email steps on the Etsy listing for an upcoming event. His listing states that you will receive a design conformation before printing and dispatching; this did not happen. His Etsy delivery times are not just 'slow' but incorrect. Please be aware that he uses untracked 2nd class Royal Mail, so the wait time is ALOT longer than he states. I then had to seriously argue for my money back when the item arrived 13days late totally missing my event. He was not helpful, difficult to get answers out of and simply pinned the responsibility on Etsy. I had to claim my money back through Paypal, presenting an ARRAY of evidence of such unbelievably poor customer service. Over 1 month later, Paypal unanimously closed in my favour and I FINALLY received my refund.

Wanted a custom order in a short time period ands got excellent & quick customer service throughout the entire process including quick order turnaround and delivery. Highly recommend.

Great customer services and prompt service. They made my stickers exactly the way I asked. Once I placed the order, they dealt with it asap. My order was sent out the very next day. Excellent service!

Very impressed with the quality of the printing. I have been working with these guys many times this year, they never failed to impress you. All the printing they have done are at a high standard, looks amazing and has lasted incredibly well. I had my banners, t-shirts, hoodies, flyers, mugs and custom stickers printed with them.
