Ordered an item weeks ago, they said it was "picking" state a day after ordering, no response to attempts to contact, and checked today an all but one of their websites appear to have gone, luckily used paypal and have raised a complaint and paypal gave them up until today to respond to them (which they havent as yet) so should get my money back with any luck.

I brought an item 3 weeks ago and have not received any delivery. I have emailed to ask where the product is and have had no response. I (and I suspect others) have now noticed that their site is unavailable on line and looks like it has been taken off of the server. Don't use.

Ordered 3 items on the 20th November, items still have not arrived over 3 weeks later. Customer services are slow to respond and despite being assured they would be sent first class the items are still not here. No way of tracking items once dispatched either, email just says dispatched into postal service. I will never order from this company again!

All items were shown as in stock. then told 1 was not in stock but would send when it is asap. .It took 1 MONTH for dispatch, and then when my order arrived half the items were cancelled OUT of STOCK. Furthermore i received an INCORRECT item in place of the main item i ordered.

Took money straight away, advertising all 3 items as in stock - email a few hours later saying they are not! Emailed and called to cancel order and have had no reply 2 days +. Currently disputing it with the bank, but they need me to wait 14 days to do a chargeback, so might small court claim my money back instead! Avoid!

After a few issues with delivery refunds and everything else, they finally responded to an email and all of my questions and worries were answered. whilst admittedly it took some time, I'm finally happy with the results I got from this site and they are very very reasonably priced and do try to get back to you asap. even if it doesn't seem so.
If you do order from these guys you won't be disappointed on price bit expect hiccups with waiting a long time and items being out of stock.
Other than that they are quite good.

I had an excellent support from the one click customer support team..
My product was slightly delayed a bit in delivering but they
returned back my postage money..They are so genuine and generous..Many thanks to one click support team.

item was not signed for.Poor boxes,for such discrete item.Price is good,but delivery(dont hawe courage to order again)

Didn't send for 4 days (despite paying for special delivery), one email to support was sent back as undeliverable and then I was told subsequent emails (telling them to cancel the order) were unreadable.

Sent a random partial refund (that didn't even cover the postage paid) and eventually sent (not signed for as paid for) the order although by that time I'd ordered it from a different reliable seller.

They seemed to not really understand simple messages so I really couldn't be bothered to send it back.

Avoid.

The website states an estimated 24 hours to dispatch, 2-3 working days to deliver, in a 'signed for', boxed, anonymous package.

Had to call after 3 working days to find out why it wasn't even dispatched. They apologised and promised to send that afternoon. Wasn't dispatched until the next day.

Item was not 'boxed'. It could barely fit in the buble wrap envelope it was sent in and that had come open during transit. Highly embarrassing when delivered to my work. Was sent through the post, not signed-for (as stated).

This company have very good prices, but failed to deliver on any of their promises. Very poor service.
