Great company, great products
This company is so great to deal with, great products, seem to be caring about their customers. I ordered the new compression short socks cuz I wanted something more comfortable for my feet, something with more cush. These have that but I find I really need compression that extends up the leg, not just at the ankle or couple inches beyond. I hope I can make these work for my legs.

Great product and amazing customer service!
My mom is 91 and has sone mobility issues. One is her need for compression socks. I ordered 2 pair for her and when we got them they were very nice. What was disappointing for her was she couldn't get them on. She had both of us laughing as she relayed how she laid down on the bed to help get them on and how that attempt was very comical! I contacted customer service and explained what had happened and received a quick response.I explained we didn't need to return or exchange them because we'd give them to another patient at her facility. I was contacted by Tiffany with a surprising response. She expressed the company's concern over the problem and that they were very happy to hear we'd pay it forward with someone who could use them. Then came the most surprising part of the response, they issued a refund for the purchase! That's the customer service that should exist everywhere! Tiffany was fantastic and we'll be back as customers soon! As I have read reviews it seems that customer service is a big positive with the company. Thanks for a great experience and quick response to our issue!

I got the wrong size and I wrote the company and WOW they exchanged for me and asked me to donate the wrong size...I live in a 55 plus community and lots of ladies here wear these so that was totally fantastic. I have purchased just about every style of Onecompress's products. They are absolutely wonderful! Comfortable, soft, yet they provide a gentle/firm compression. I have also purchased various products for my adult family members. Their return policy has been satisfactory. It is hard to find the right size sometimes for ankles, legs and thighs, but Onecompress worked with me to get it right. Highly recommend!

I was having vein surgery on my leg and was advised that I would be wearing thigh high compression for several weeks following surgery. I started searching for options and ordered several different ones. The ones from OneCompress were by far the most comfortable. With the weather getting warmer I was happy to not have to have stockings on my feet, plus due to my short stature the sleeves were a much better option for me. I had a full leg sleeve which worked out well, but had also ordered the knee and calf sleeves. I also ordered 2 sizes just in case and exchanged the one that was too large for a second calf sleeve. These will be my go to for travel going forward. Easy to clean as well, just pop in the wash! No shrinkage and look like they will hold up for quite some time.
Customer service was quick and easy for the exchange! Much appreciated 😎

I started out ordering their compression gloves for sleeping and the performance gloves for my daily activities. I am a 70 year old retired competitive multi-sport athlete with a ton of mileage on my body! Over the years I have developed arthritis in both of my hands as well as a hereditary condition called Dupyutren’s Contracture. Since I have been wearing these gloves while sleeping, I wake up with a noticeable improvement in my hands. It’s not a miracle cure, however my hands are not quite as stiff or painful as they once were. The stitching on one of my performance gloves came loose and they replaced them quickly with no problems whatsoever. I liked the compression gloves so much that I ordered a pair of extra large knee sleeves to help support my knees while in the gym. When I received them they felt too loose and they did not provide much compression. I emailed their customer service and they said no problem! They sent me a pair of large knee sleeves and told me to simply keep the extra large pair! Wow! Totally unexpected!
These days there are far too many companies who could care less about their customers. All they want to do is make a sale and never even back their products. One Compress is truly a company who not only cares about their customers, but they also will back the quality of their products and do whatever it takes to keep their customers happy. I am so glad that I found this company and their lineup of quality products. You have a customer for life One Compress!

In contacting customer service re some sizing issues, they were very prompt and courteous to me. They corrected a size problem on a pair of gloves without delay. I know they say that if you are "between" sizes, to size down for better compression. This did not work foe me. By doing so, the items sent to me were TO small. They corrected the "gloves " issue very quickly but I am also having problems with the knee sleeves. They are also so tight that I can't pull them all the way up. I didn't complain or mention this issue to them because I thought they "may " still work. They don't. My advice is if you are "between " sizes, do not choose smaller size.

I received my bamboo knee brace at the hottest time here. And it is true that they are not sweaty like the other neoprene knee braces that I have used. I didn’t believe the size chart as that has also been a problem with knee braces for me. So I did order a larger size. It was too large!! I emailed the company and they are going to replace the brace. I highly recommend this product to everyone.

This product is amazing
This product is amazing. I was having horrible knee pain, went to orthopedic doctor that ordered an MRI. Came back with torn meniscus and he talked about a procedure. I told him I’d like to try PT first, meanwhile I saw an add about these bamboo sleeves. I ordered one, and after a month I am so much better. Still some pain but not like before. I can actually walk normal. I still may need to get the procedure in the future but for now I’ll use this. Also my exercises I learned when I was doing PT. Highly recommend.

I severely springed my ankle. I had to wear a heavy awkward boot. I saw an advertisement for Onecompress for the ankle and decided to give it a try! Each day I wore the sleeve the pain began to subside and I could stand to put my weight on it again! It's so much better now after only a few weeks of wearing it! What a great product! Outstanding customer service from Kea at Onecompress. The ankle sleeves I ordered originally (based on shoe size) were too large for my skinny ankles! Kea responded to my weekend email very quickly and provided a new, smaller pair. Resolution couldn't have been easier for me. The new pair are still a little loose at the top but provide plenty of compression below the ankle bone and on the foot which is where most of my swelling occurs.

I received my knee sleeve today and it was not the correct size . I contacted customer service regarding the issue . The agent Mariz Ville replied very quickly . Evidently when I placed the order in messed up and selected Small instead of the Medium I needed . Regardless of my mess up she quickly issued a replacement in the correct size to be sent out to me . True Customer Service
After careful research, I purchased both the bamboo knee sleeve (MED) and the gloves (MED). I have acute osteoarthritis in the right knee and the knee sleeve helped almost immediately. I wear the sleeve overnight while sleeping but may also consider wearing during the daytime hours, too.
The MED sized hand gloves worked well, too, but felt like it wasn't enough compression and wished I had ordered the SM size instead. When I casually mentioned this to Kurt in a F/UP courtesy note, another staff member contacted me (Tiffany) immediately and offered to make the exchange. I've since received the smaller size and they work much better.
As a longtime sales and customer service professional, I know when I'm receiving excellent service and when I'm not. OneCompress definitely exhibited true customer service. Thank you!

I experienced great customer service with Onecompress. I had an issue with delivery. The delivery company stated they were returning my order due to incomplete address. I contacted customer service and they immediately offered to ship me a replacement. The next day my order delivered. Not sure what was going on with that delivery company. Unfortunately I didn’t trust my measurement and the sleeve was too big. I emailed Onecompress once again and they immediately shipped me a replacement in my new size. I have never dealt with a better customer service. These guys are over the top. Avon was the customer service rep and couldn’t have been nicer.
