Since beginning my Oneday MBA journey in December 2023, I’ve experienced a transformation that’s hard to quantify but easy to feel. Attending the program gave me a concentrated burst of knowledge, confidence, and clarity - which now feels it happened all in just one day. It wasn’t just theory; it was strategy, mindset, and leadership tools I could apply immediately.

This course is way better than I expected. There is no fluff. Every bit of it has been useful to me and my business. There is a lot of supplemental information and readings. I try to soak up as much as I can. I would highly recommend this to anyone wanting to start a business or in early stages. It has been incredibly valuable even before day 1. They let you start going to workshops even before your official start. Real interactions and availability from many successful founders across many topics. I cannot say enough good things about it.

I can’t recommend OneDay MBA highly enough. As someone with a busy schedule and a desire to level up fast, this experience delivered beyond expectations. The programme is brilliantly structured — high-value content, no fluff, and immediately actionable insights. The program has been really helpful in developing my business. I really enjoy the classes and the teachers are very knowledgeable. They are also very helpful. My mentor has been great and helpful also!
The only downside with the program is the organization. It often feels like a lot is happening at once. We’re on the homework platform, on slack, a separate email account/personal email account. I wish there was one centralized. Maybe next time. But overall, the meat of it is great and that’s what matters.

Before my journey with Oneday, I had been running my athleisure apparel business for nearly two years. My brand had been spreading positivity and empowerment while partnering with elite athletes to expand our vision. Oneday is truly the "Shark Tank" school for entrepreneurs! Joining their MBA program in the July 2024 cohort has been a game-changer for me, giving me the accountability and structure I needed to take my business to the next level.

For years, I considered business coaching but always hesitated—I wasn’t sure if the mentors I’d find could actually guide me toward success. Oneday eliminated that uncertainty. Their program is designed for people like me—a wife, mom, full-time employee, and founder—juggling multiple priorities while building something meaningful.

For me, Oneday is the perfect fit. Oneday gives you the education and mentorship you need to start a business and is a great alternative to a traditional MBA. Plus you get partnered with a mentor who has done it before. All wins in my book. My mentor Deepak has been a HUGE advocate and support for me as I grow and learn. He will poke holes in my thinking, challange my approach, and stretches me to be bolder and more thoughtful. I am about midway through their MBA program and I can say it's been the best startup experience I've had so far. If you're on the fence and wondering if it's really worth the price tag, ask yourself how much money are you leaving on the table by not investing in yourself? By not having a mentor walk this journey with you? By not having a community of other entrepreneurs to synergies with as you grow? It's worth it.

Course has been great so far, group aspect is great and it’s great to share thoughts and ideas with each other. My suggestion would be some tutoring on the ‘traditional’ aspects of business, like trademarks, intellectual property etc. special shout out to my mentor Steph who is absolutely brilliant!!

I'm about 8 months in, we have validated demand for my decaf only coffee business Craft Decaf (MVP is live now). Now moving onto a full rebrand to start to scale the business.

Also next year I'm moving onto another business with a separate cofounder which is a food tech business (my background is in the software space).

I think I have quite a familiar story among many other students on the programme where I've always fancied starting a business, and have attempted this before, but found that I didn't have the structure in place or the knowledge on how to execute a start up as quickly and effectively as possible. I also lacked accountability and the direction of someone telling me exactly what would be best to do and help with decisions etc.

You're paired with a mentor that has expertise and connections in your interest space which is incredibly helpful. In my case I'm interested in tech and food and drink, my mentor (Mike Pryke) is a ex property tech founder, who also built the UK's largest food and drink magazine and exited that business. He also was part of the team who set up Peckham levels which is a very successful street food hall in London. He previously co-owned a restaurant and has connections to the founder of Seedlip and other brands such as Percival etc.

This is such a huge accelerator compared to doing it on your own. From settling on an initial concept (decaf coffee) and completing discovery, I was revenue generating in about 1-2 months. I'm now trying to scale our customers and our value propositions etc.

I will say the programme is very fast paced and that is challenging to keep up. But you definitely get out what you put in, and you are very supported through the highs and (inevitably) the struggles. If you have a full time job (like myself) it is challenging, but there is a lot of flexibility so you can still achieve everything.

Well just a few shoutout's to people that completely change my life & how I see business, people & even mentoring.

1. Having people that believe in you is incredible, so starting with Juan Linares who interviewed me, he believed in me as a young entrepreneur. This means a lot to me, especially when you know you venture into something you have no clue about, or little clue about.
2. then Mia Bennett's help for most of the MBA up until now, has helped me do quite a few huge mind shifts to become more pragmatic about my business, as well as assessing my product, service, marketing & sales experimenting to name a few. Also, never have I felt inferior interacting with her & in the business space I have met mentors (outside OneDay) that would treat you like you know nothing. From, Mia, I got the complete opposite, pulling out the inner value & bringing forth my current skills & expanding my skills. Not to say the fact that she helped me personalise my business goals, based on my values & alignment with my values. Just incredible.
3. Then Mary Lemmer my current mentor, from the first days she guided me in such a powerful way to believe in my coaching & how to set expectations around my goals, as well as practical "hands-on" help with marketing & sales. I am really grateful for her and cannot thank her enough for the transformations she is taking me through right now :)
4. Mike for his incredible "out-of-scope" help in seeing through his journey as an entrepreneur & making some extra time.

Now, I can understand this is not "the norm" for mentors to do it & I was, but there are mentors who are incredibly dedicated & it is amazing to see that.

The curriculum definitely helps you get the knowledge you need to get out there & try things out so experience being an entrepreneur & making a high-quality product, service or brand.

The community is also fantastic.

I joined the OneDay programme in June 2023 and I'm now in the last few months of the course. Being a founder is lonely and OneDay has provided a community of like minded people along with the guidance of SO many experts who have been there and done that (1,000x over, every situation you could imagine, no gatekeeping). My mentor is Robert Manasier and he has gone above and beyond to help me progress. There have been a number of glitches in functionality/usability but the systems are constantly improving and there is always someone to ask for help so I have no real complaints. The structure of the course has given me accountability and momentum through several stages where quitting would have been too easy and it's never felt like too much work. Due to other commitments I've only dipped in and out of the extra curricular materials on the database but I still feel I've gotten more than my monies worth and I'm now feeling really positive about finishing the course with a great foundation for success and a list of very useful contacts in my network! Would strongly recommend to anyone who is serious about becoming their own boss!

Knowledge is power, applied knowledge is wisdom.
Before I started the oneday program, everything was just ideas in the air, now I have validated them , I have made them tangible, I have a company now.
Everything I am learning throughout the program, I am implementing it within my business and also my personal life! I have improved a lot since I started this program, I am glad I took the chance and joined. I am happy about my decision, and cannot recommend enough for all the inventors, creatives, problem solvers out there.

So far, concluding my first module in the OneDay program, I could not be more pleased with the experience. My 121 meetings with my supportive mentor, Mary L., whom started her journey with a gilato business, are so inspiring to early entrepreneurs like myself. Mutually, our squad meetings have been rewarding, as participants are been able connect with a cohort of thinkers from around the world whom all share similar goals. Rich Jewell, amongst many others have been encouraging voices that motivate our cohort of innovators to become more successful or reach market as quickly as possible. Definitely an experience that I would recommend to any early entrepreneur, as a life long learner achieving a B.S., M.Ed., M.S.Ed., and now pursuing a M.B.A. Check out the OneDay program. Over n over and over again till your customers not only like you, they love you! Why wouldn’t they you’ve created a vital tool to solve their pains. John’s Bosse, my mentor, is a seasoned CTO/Entrepreneur who’s been exactly where I’m looking to be and then some. Who better to learn from? His no nonsense strategies of building sales funnels, branding, operations and business development are straight out of a success story from Wired, Entrepreneur or Forbes magazine. Proven policies/strategies that work! From a team of mentors who have built it, grown it and sold it for millions! More than once in most cases! So, what are ya waiting for?
