Heather was the attending nurse who saw to me. She is great! Very friendly, make me feel as ease throughout the entire process and I experienced no pain during or after the test. She's doing a fantastic job. One day test booking was quick and easy. Heather saw to me even though I arrived earlier than my appointment time. Great service overall.

It only took “One time”
From making an initial enquiry, I felt everything was explained to me. It was very simple to apply for the tests. The test I chose required me to visit my local clinic where I was met by Heather. She greeted me with a smile and explained all the procedures to me. This was on a Friday lunch time. I had all my results (71) by Monday evening. ( why does it take my GP practice a week ? ). If need I would hesitate in using them again. Thank you.

Straightforward, professional process with excellent responsiveness and great customer service
The whole process was easy. The phlebotomist (Heather) was lovely and welcoming, very professional, and took time to answer any questions I had about the process. The results came through quickly and were easily accessible. I did have a problem with the online dashboard which I reported and I got a quick response to say the issue had been solved. The follow up GP session was good. Overall well worthwhile and good value for money.

AI GP answers any question or concern with clear data-based guidance
The test results reached me within 48m hours which is great. AI GP, as my first experience is just amazing, honestly one of the best consultation I have ever had. More than some human GP ( or specialist ) in terms of the relevent information covering any area, examples of possible diagnoses and clear guidances to the further examinations. It replied to any question in a very kind supportive manner.
