The Lady at clinic was lovely and made you feel relaxed 😌, which was great as I hate needles.

Simple painless process
The blood collection itself was a very easy and painless process. The results are clear and easy to navigate. I would like the option to have a doctor asses the results and provide an overall assessment of the results.
