The whole service was brilliant. Appointment times for the blood tests were easily accessible. The lady taking the blood was so kind and reassuring. Even though it was the weekend, my results came back the next day. The dashboard is so thorough, easy to navigate and the information is jargon free and exceptionally well explained.
I booked an appointment with a doctor to discuss my results. The booking process is so easy. It was brilliant to be able to get an appointment in the evening so I didn’t have to take time off work! The doctor wasn’t rushed, he explained everything methodically, listened to my concerns and ensured I understood the next steps. He was amazing!

Booking a date for the Cholesterol test was quick to arrange. The nurse was very friendly taking a blood sample quickl. The sample with my name was sent quickly to the Laboratory with a prompt turnaround returning the results the following day. The Laboratory report on the dashboard highlights any Cholesterol change and if it is keeping within the range. One of the current issues is controlling Low Density Lipoprotein (LDL) whilst keeping Cholesterol and Triglycerides within ranges. NHS Foundation Trust with Wirral University Teaching Hospital has a Lipid Lowering Diet, Dietary advice for patients with raised lipids. It explains ways to reduce LDL through diet changes and other actions.

Easy to navigate website portal and book an appointment,lovely staff who administer the blood tests.

Booked without reading the special instructions saying I needed to have my blood test on a certain day of my cycle. Was able to rebook multiple times easily online.
Test was prompt and I had my results by email the following day. Really easy to read and understand!

Brilliant experience, quick and easy to organise.. and I got all my results the next day. The lady that took my bloods was very thorough and even helped me add a couple more tests that I needed. Would thoroughly recommend.

Was given an appointment and seen quickly and the phlebotomist gave a good explanation of the tests and asked relevant questions etc.
Results came through very quickly and potential problems are flagged up with an exclamation mark. Overall a positive experience.

I’ve had reason to use One Day Tests twice recently. I have been very impressed with the service. It’s very easy and quick to book an appointment. I opted to have my blood taken at their clinic. This was very efficiently carried out. My results, which are very well laid out, came through within a day or two. I will definitely be using this service
again if required!
