Great fast efficient service from booking to attending for my blood test! Would definitely recommend and use again. The practitioner who took my blood was very friendly, professional and competent and had lots of experience (previous nhs role) so I felt totally at ease and reassured

Fast and effective
I was a bit gutted to not get my test done on the day I wanted due to the clinic having to close but I understand these things happen. The nurse was very welcoming, comforting, chatty and I felt at ease with her. She was very informative about the whole process from taking the bloods to results. I would definitely recommend this company to my friends and family

Fantastic service from start to finish
Fantastic service from start to finish. One of the fastest turnaround of results I’ve ever known! Really useful when needed as NHS had lost my bloods! Gorgeous phlebotomist Bridie who’s been super helpful.

Great service.
My experience of One Day Tests was very good. I wanted a speedy test and was able to’walk in’. Was met by a friendly staff member who explained the process thoroughly and then took blood. I received the results a day earlier than expected in a format that was clear and easy to understand. Although my test was probably one of the more straightforward ones, this was nevertheless a very satisfactory experience and I would use One Day Tests again if the situation arose.

Fast and efficient service in Newcastle
The service was fast, efficient and friendly. I booked the appointment the night before my blood test and had the results the day after. The blood sample was taken with ease and with good explanation of the steps.
