No refund after weeks.

No refund after weeks.

Had to go through my bank and then VISA to finally get it.
Customer service is unreachable, and I'm pretty sure they started blacklisting my email address and / or IP once things got intense, instead of answering my questions.

Their reason for not sending my refund was because they were doing some "maintenance" or adding new features? Can't remember now, but obvious scammer talk.

Same thing as all the reviews I keep reading. Bought a phone. Never received it. Canceled and they answered giving excuses. It's been a month and still no refund. hope my bank resolves it. Worst place ever.

I placed an order on Sept

I placed an order on Sept. 2, 2017 and cancelled on Sept. 3, 2017. I'm still waiting for a refund. At first I was getting slow responses to my emails but now I'm not hearing back from them. It's been over 2 months since the cancellation. Thank goodness I notified my Visa to dispute the charges.

Impossible to reach

I tried calling AND emailing these people with NO ANSWER. I've waited so long for my order that at this point I just want my refund! NEVER BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. Its a fake company that only cares about themselves anyways with ZERO care for their customers. They should be reported to the FBI or something because this is BS

OneDigitals is a scam

OneDigitals is a scam. You pay your money and never get your goods. They are impossible to contact as based in China. Report them to your consumer protection body.
If you think you are going to receive your goods you will be disappointed. Move on and put it down to experience.

I am so unhappy to write this review

I am so unhappy to write this review. I have ordered Sony Xperia Z5 premium (Order No. 509-5865). I am not receiving any response to my mails asking about the product and the shipment date. I am travelling out of country during second week of June and wanted to know whether I will receive my shipment before that. I did a mistake by making an order with One Digitals.

It would be great if you guys atleast respond to my queries?

If I can give -1 I would. Company send me an invoice and charged my account after I placed an order for a Samsung phone and never send me the phone. I send several emails and left numerous messages to One Digital and I never received a reply. I had to contact my bank to dispute the charges. This company is a SCAM!

Terrible - Hong Kong Based BEWARE

No stock in the product I ordered even though it said there was stock when ordering, asked to change my order many times, including to pay more for a different model even though they cannot provide my original order. They do not have accurate stock and have no idea when they will, buyer beware. I would not recommend them to anyone.

rip off

Bought a Samsung A9 pro, when I received the phone I discovered that the phone doesn't have Play Store, tried to solve it with the support but didn't workout, I was advised to send it back so they would install it, we emailed back & forth for 6 months, then I gave up. I paid for the phone, shipping back & I ended up with nothing, they didn't solve the problem neither sent the phone back.
Over the phone they sound nice, apologize, then nothing happnes

AVOID ONEDIGITALS AT ALL COST !

I purchase an Harman Kardon go and play thought onedigitals in the USA.

After receiving my order and willing to plug my items to charge it, I had the bad surprise to see that I had an French and English plug in the box but none for the USA !

I inform onedigitals about the problem, they asked me to take picture of the plugs before to send me the right one that I never received.

But that not all! 6 days later I notice that one of the speaker had a default. Here I am again sending pics to onedigitals. After emailing with Jane margarette , Norman, Agnes, Fatima, I am dealing now dealing with Reza!
I send back the Harman Kardon 2 MONTH AGO to onedigitals.

Since, If I wouldn't have come back to them to see what they were doing, I wouldn't have any news from them. I did send many emails to let them know that I wanted a refund due to the poor quality of their product, the unacceptable, unprofetional customer service and the laque of communication of onedigitals.

Today they have my money and the item! From the last email it seam that they are still looking at the product to see if they can fix. onedigitals is complitly ignoring my will about my refund.
Trying to drown me into commercial excuses !
Today, I am not sure if I will Get my money back even the item at that point!

So believed me if I worn you about onedigitals !
They will take your money and that about it !
Don't count on any customer secvice if something goes wrong !

No point of complaining here!

I have not received my refund from this... I dont know how to call them...unprofessional company. When we write a complain, they have only one excuse:

In order for us to give you complete information regarding your order, kindly send us the order number for further investigation.

Rest assured, once we are done with the investigation, everything will be done accordingly.

I think they just copy and paste the message. I have no hopes from them anymore. I will just complain to Federal Trade Company. Anyone going through the same problem, I will ask you to complain to FTD. The more we are the higher chances of getting back the money. I hope there is a justice.

No response!

I have been trying to contact this company for several days now; a watch that I purchased does not work. I would like a replacement. They have a 14 day return policy. Because of them not answering; that time is up. Now I am sitting with a $113 watch that does NOT work. UPDATE:
I have sent at least 25 emails/ social media vents to OneDigitals about a purchase that was not working. Kept getting the run around. I told them if they didn't do something I was going to contact my credit card co. Well yesterday I opened a dispute... the card took the money back. I got an email today that they are going to send info on how to return it for repair. Amazing... This is the first time I have had trouble with an online purchase.

Not a company to trust

This company is the worst! I ordered a bluetooth speaker as a gift and it was defective. I contacted returns and they said they were going to get their technicians to look at the video I sent of defective item. A month later no one has answered any of my emails, I've tried emailing other contacts in the company, I've tried calling the company, no answer. DO NOT BUY FROM ONEDIGITALS!

Horrible customer service in case of a return

I have ordered a Sony phone. After it was shipped I have figured out that this is a version dedicated for the european market, the LTE will not work in the US. This was not stated in the description of the product, even though the shop is dedicated for US customers. Importantly, Onedigitals claims that all their products are compatible for use in the US, including LTE frequency compatibility (see About us section).

I asked for a return. Since they guarantee compatibility, I believe it should be handled imidiatelly. But not in case of Onedigitals. Now a month has passed since that, and I still can't return the phone. They constantly reply that they need to figure out something. Asked me for a detailed description of the reasons for my return, pictures of the product. Ad it takes a month so far. I have never encountered anything like that before.

Take home message: If you consider possible return, don't use Onedigitals. And if you see on their webite that something is guaranteed, do not believe. Order number: 509-2708.
