Bunch of con artists

SCAM!!! Do not order from this shop. Purchased Fox Frontier, never received it. Got some generic email with photo of small parcel being hand delivered (In Scotland, I live in the south east!!) as proof. Asked for refund and never received, now taken this up with my credit card company. DO NOT USE!!!

Total fraudsters. Reported to the authorities, who will hopefully close them down. Luckily my bank was extremely helpful in returning my money.

They are Russian scammers Do a reverse image search and see what you get !
They scammed me and are even trying to use my card again and again since.
Stay away from them and report them.

Avoid at all cost, do not give these people your money, you will not receive anything and will lose your money

I purchased a seat, got an email verification and that was the last I saw of my order….phone message left, emailed, separately and via the site, no response…The site is still up and ‘apparently’ trading. When I searched using the name Google shows it as permanently closed. Now what… [Order #4857] (October 30, 2023)

This is a proper scam company, i should have guessed with how cheap the product was, no chance to contact by phone or email, looking on companies house, the address is another company, its director is Latvian, probably scooping up peoples cash from there, i promise you never to touch this company you will get mugged off, my bank and the police are looking into this company, lets hope they get some porridge.
Update: 6th November 2023, This man is a class A drug dealer who has just been released after 4 stretch, he lives in Malton North Yorkshire.

Same as everyone else. Promise after promise but no sign of the reel ordered and paid for. Gave me a tracking code but then said it was an error when I tracked it to an address 150 miles away. Then was promised a refund which never came. In the end after numerous unanswered calls and emails had to use the credit card company to get my money back. 0/5 for this company. 5/5 for my credit card company. How come Trading Standards and the Police have not visited this company. NEVER BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY!!

Avoid !!! Paid for a fishing reel that never came & now having to contact card company for chargeback. No answer on the contact number, no response on emails.

I ordered a Daiwa reel from this company and when it did not arrive i asked for a delivery status and this is what i received back(See Below).... so i decided to cancel my order but never received a credit......Do Not trust whatever Richard says (Thats if it is his real name)..........This guy is a rip off merchant!!!!!!!!!!

It looks like I have fallen to the same scam as everyone else. Despite a number of chasing email, phone calls etc. I am yet to have my item delivered or a response. I ordered a BBQ from them on 16th August. I am now trying to get a refund through my credit card company.

Total scam,should have known,price too good to be true.rods never materialised.Do not buy from here

Its a SCAM ,i ordered a reel to slough ,it arrived in scotland with a blurry picture as proof of delivery, i ask for refund , never got it.

Fake company I suspect, ordered a reel after checking Google maps for location and companies house (should have used trustpilot!)
Same run around as others here then no reply. I contacted bank and altho I’d used my debit card the bank (Barclays) repaid the money into my account) also found the payment was a RECURRING payment each month, so be very careful. Contact bank and request a new debit card as well. Can’t believe the website for this company still operating.

Scam website. Actually owned by Vadims Duhins. Money refunded luckily by bank. Reported as fraudulent website.

Absolute scam of a company , didn't get any communication, read all the bad reviews immediately claimed money back on credit card, prices are too good to be true.

Not one for leaving reviews, but this company deserves it. Ordered a reel July 31st. It never arrived. Sent lots of emails and, to be fair to them, always received a response. Except for the last one. Same as all the other negative reviews, had several tracking numbers, lots of excuses and even an actual delivery date! Please do not use this company, spare yourself the time, hassle and annoyance. Luckily, your money is protected if paying by credit card, or you can get in touch with your bank to ask for a charge back if you used a debit card. This company really is as bad as all the negative reviews would have you believe. Avoid, avoid, avoid

Ordered a chair over a month ago within 2 days I cancelled the order when I found out how bad this company is..they said they would refund me .its now 18th September still no refund. Avoid this aweful company at all costs

Wish I'd read the reviews before parting money. 1st email I sent they replied with what looked like a genuine reply, found out 3 weeks later, it was a load of crap. No further replies from emails, so contacted credit card company for a refund.
If you do use this site, then pay by credit card, at least you'll have some protection.
