Engaged with them for an IT marketing campaign. Now fully understand why they want all the £ upfront before any results are delivered.

The email had a link to go to a landing page on our website. They tried telling us that all these were leads. When contacted most were apparently leads because their systems count out of office replies as leads. Then tried telling us they clicked on the link, even though there was zero traffic to our website.

Have not responded to any calls and now avoiding all contact.

So bad, cannot believe people act like this.

Absolutely Shocking a real SCAM!!! none of the leads supplied were genuine both the guy who miss sold the package and my so called account manager left very early on into the campaign so alarm bells started ringing !
Then they are trying to force another contract stay well clear I will be seeking legal advice they have no resulted in calling me childish names !!

Recently they have changed their name to 'FOX' so beware !!!

Very unprofessional, and this is not the first time. They have traded under several names, so please beware!

I cannot give more details at this time, but will update this, as the case progresses.

A claim has now been raised through the SCC, so they will determine whether this is a false claim or not.

I engaged with One Flow Marketing for a marketing campaign where they promised 20 leads based on a set criteria of businesses and decision makers that we provided. Initially, they were very helpful and engaging until we had paid the fees. We supplied the content for the campaign and created a landing page that potential prospects would be directed to if they showed interest in our service.
After a couple of weeks, we received the details of people who had supposedly shown interest in our services. However, upon following up with these leads, we discovered that some no longer worked for the company (and hadn't before the campaign started), one had retired over six months ago, and several email addresses bounced back as non-existent. So the "leads" provided were not what had been agreed. In addition to this, we created the landing page that the leads were directed to when they clicked on the link, and there was no traffic to the site, further confirming that the service had not been delivered as agreed.
We raised our concerns with our account manager, Ada Uba, and requested a meeting with Liam Faid, the director who had sold us the service. We were continually promised a meeting; however, this never materialised, and we were then ghosted by everyone in the business despite telephone calls, emails, and LinkedIn messages.

This company does not provide the service that they have agreed and will just send you a list of names which have no interest in the service. Do not engage with One Flow Marketing.

The response from One Flow to my review is unbelievable. They have not provided the information requested regarding the "leads", and have completely avoided ANY communication. My team followed up on all the data provided and this is how we know contacts have left the company etc.

Despite many assurances this company cannot be trusted to supply leads. They offer you "leads" which are simply bots searching automated emails for phishing scams. They are not leads at all, simply time wasting names on a list. The poor recipients have no idea they even clicked on anything, because they didn't.
We were hassled to pay the upfront payments, almost daily, and we made the mistake of falling for their 3 for 2 offer, and the second payment was taken before we had even "warmed up the email address" which is their way of getting money out of you before proving their system works... in this case it only works for them. Don't fall for it.

We have complained directly, the account manager who we first spoke to (Harry Matthews) has apparently left the company. He was the one who promised that we would be getting proper leads, with forms completed or requests for the product made. Ada Uba took over as soon as the campaign launched, and agreed with our disappointment that our concerns were not listened to. Finally Harvey Lake got involved, and I presume he is the one behind the entire scam as he shut us down and resorted to "I do not accept your request for a refund, and I do not accept that there is any legal basis for your claim. If you choose to proceed with legal action, we will robustly defend our position".
No dialogue, and no response since. I guess they've done this many times before. AVOID!

WARNING!! ONEFLOW MARKETING Ltd, who have recently changed names from LEAD ECLIPSE Limited after just 4 months trading (alarm bells), are a scam company. Read reviews on Trust Pilot from previous name Lead Eclipse Limited, most notably a previous employee exposing what's really going on behind the scenes.

Where do I start ?!!

After a rushed sales pitch and being spammed with Agreement and Invoice reminders we eventually gave Lead Eclipse a chance as we were in the market for a new lead generation company.

Same old story, sold the dream of getting so many leads and all very qualified etc. but never really listened, or it seems, understood what I was actually requiring. I couldn’t have made it clearer what I was after but the only “leads” I got were people who clicked on their email 3 times. I had a guarantee of “at least 20 qualified leads” yet I have not had a SINGLE conversation with any prospect from this campaign. Absolutely shocking.

I was appointed an “account manager” who seemed to be on the ball before the campaign started but did not hear from her ever again once the campaign went live. When I called the office nobody at the company seemed to have heard of her.

Just another “yes” company who tell you what you want to hear but what they actually deliver is next to pointless. Since the campaign ended not had a call or email to follow up or to ask me about my experience, speaks volumes I suppose. Probably the biggest waste of money in my professional career.

I’m not really a “review” kind of person, probably the first review I’ve ever left but on this occasion I felt a duty to other business owners - be warned.
