The single worst customer service experience I've ever had!
I have had the worst experience with this company. They don't seem to understand how a business works.
I contacted them on 22/05/25 asking questions about their delivery prices. I wanted delivery to Northern Ireland which was going to cost £13.80 according to their price breakdown, but when I placed the order it came to £25 for delivery!!!
I got a reply from Agnes who said the website hadn't been updated (I can see even now 1 month later it is still wrong!)
As I couldn't find the item anywhere else I had no choice but to order it from Onefold. The order was placed on 27/06/25 and I contacted them to get a delivery estimate shortly after and got no response.
On 15/07/25 afer around 4 attempts to contact them, I still hadn't received the item (and at £25 I'd expect fairly quick delivery!!!), so I contacted them to say I was initiating a full refund via PayPal.
Within 2 days they responded and said there was a "quality issue". That would have been fine, but they didn't respond at any point prior to me threatening the full refund. If they had contacted me previously I would have been fine about it.
On 21/07/25, the item finally arrived. I contacted the company to advise them and ask about a reduction in price for their inexcusable delivery costs but they have since ignored every single email I've sent.
I will now be going back to PayPal and discussing this with them.
Do yourself a favour and just don't bother. Their website is falsely advertising their prices, their customer service is the worst I've seen (and I train it to people across the country!), and the product wasn't as good as expected.
