I might end up changing this AFTER I…

I might end up changing this AFTER I finally receive my products, but I placed my order on 6/24/26. Today is 8/13/26. At week 5, i emailed request ing an update for my 2 items: 1 has a 2 week lead time, 1 has a 4-6 week lead time. The response from cs took 2 days and was ‘site states 4-6 weeks, but there are material shortages’. Now that I am at 7 weeks with no additional updates or communication, i emailed requesting an update. 48 hours have passed with no reply. Not exactly inspiring confidence.
