I don’t know how I got rodent to this…

I don’t know how I got rodent to this group, but they talk so unprofessionally calling you beautiful they have access to my face scans access to all my bank account just the one but still they set me up a Kraken account and then they insult me after they ask me to take out a $20,000 loan Like I’m stupid L O L so I keep complaining and someone is going behind my back and doing my trades for me. How do I withdraw my money from one FX group trading to put into my Kraken account? Can I close my account and retrieve even though it’s just $700 the fact is can I retrieve that? Can someone help me out here please? They are ignoring me and playing with my trades. thanks so much .
