I ordered the wrong item first of all but no problems changing it before it was delivered. I then received the arbor, absolutely delighted with it and the delivery driver was on time and very helpful.

I am very thankful for all the support I had from One Garden team with assembly and installation enquiries. This was somewhat complicated, and I appreciate the help and One Garden liaising with the manufacturer on technical questions and the installation. One Garden offered the product range and assembly options I needed, and I am glad that I chose them.

Once my shed was ordered the date for delivery was set,following that the times pan for delivery was given.
Delivery driver was very good,the building of the shed was fairly straight forward,not really any problems,hopefully will last for a good few years yet.

Car parking horrendous. Tried for an hour to pay online but no signal in the gardens and got a parking ticket . Restaurant now only selling poor quality cold food ( nothing fresh from the kitchen garden) and most of the plants for sale were either dead or dying , not so good for a teaching garden

Love our new bench. Was straightforward to put together. We had one aberration when we fixed the seat panel the wrong way around but was obvious that another part would not be flush against it. So undid it and did it the right way around. It looks lovely and is really solid. No movement or wobbling. The Allen key bolts make it very strong. Think this will do good service in our garden for years and years. Have bought a cover for it for the winter months.

Good quality product and great service - fast delivery, website easy to use, good communication.

Great Seat, easy to build, ideally needs two people, however i did it with just two quick lifts from a neighbour. It does not come with enough blanks for the bolt heads, so i found some more on Ebay which just finishes the look. Great service and delivery from One Garden.

Excellent product, service and price.

What I ordered and what I received are completely different. The photo of the Deco-Pak Horticultural Grit shows it to be a pinkish/redish colour, but what was delivered was a dull grey colour – basically a completely different grit. Had it not been for the weight and attendent difficulty of sending it back, I would have asked for a refund. A very deceptive seller. Avoid.

Garden archway, excellent quality and value, easy to construct, and fast delivery.

Disappointed with the quality of the 4 x 2 shed bought from this company. It required complete wood preservation treatment before construction and painting after that. There is insufficient support for the doors so they move out of alignment and one of the planks has already started to split. There is a gap between roof and one of the sides. It is costing well over £100 to bring it up to a useable standard (good size though)

I am absolutely delighted with my beautiful fence, it looks so good. I was nervous about using a company so far away from Glasgow. I didn't need to worry. They were super efficient and the Delivery company they used were brilliant. The quality of the fence was alot better than I was expecting too, proper slats of wood not all bent and twisted like the ones I had been looking at in my local DIY shops. The ordering and delivery of our garden arch was organised and delivered as instructed. Great! Love the arch too and very well made! would definitely use this retailer again. The Horizon Zest arch looks excellent and very sturdy!

We ordered 2 Rubicon sheds from One Garden. As I hadn’t heard of them before I gave a silent prayer that they were kosha. I needn’t have worried! The service was great and they promptly and effectively answered a query that I had a little while after delivery
