Sane as everyone else...paid for the dog ramp.. nothing received ... sent at least 5 enails. Had to contact my bank in the end who refunded my money. Clearly a scam. Wont order anything from a Faceboom advertiser again. Only done it twice.. 2 separate companies and same outcome. Really poor by FB...should vet and monitor better.

Untrustworthy Company paid for a Dog Ramp in January 2021 not received, no response from the so called company awful very angry they have done this to lots of people and got away with it.

As many others have put here this is a scam ordered three dog ramp and nothing. Even their internet page is now no longer working very disappointed as this was a FB ads. They will be my next stop for a refund 🤷‍♀️

Another customer unhappy. Still waiting for my order arrived. It has been more than 6 weeks, no one reply the emails and based in the others reviews I believe that I have lost my money.

Do not use. Ordered a pet ramp but nothing has came over three months later. Sent 10 emails and no reply and they don’t have a contact number to ring. Scam. Absolutely shocking. Need to be locked up and banned.

My mum ordered & paid for dog ramp 9th Feb, no product delivered, no reply to emails. After reading these reviews today, we believe she has been scammed also? Just about to call her bank to see where she stands legally.

Another oneunhappyperson.com no ramp no reply to emails again should have read reveiws will contact bank because of course this company has my bank card details if anybody else hadn't thought of this. Looks like it was under the umbrella of Shopify but can't seem to contact them either grrrrr.

Placed an order four weeks ago..emailed three times no reply....I’ve been scammed....PLEASE DONT USE THIS COMPANY.....UNLESS YOU WANT TO THROW YOUR MONEY AWAY....

This is pure scum, dispute opened with card provider.
No adress, no phone, no postage, no response

I purchased on 6th Feb and no ramp and no response to several email! Do not buy from this company. I have opened a dispute with my bank now.

I ordered on 6th Feb and had a confirmation email, goods supposed to be shipped within 24hrs, its now 23rd Feb with no delivery or replies to my emails to chase up the delivery. Avoid them!!

Been waiting a month and still no product received. I have written twice without any reply. They are either terribly inefficient or it is a scam.

Avoid at all costs....takes your money and does not deliver goods .... once they have money they cut all contact with you .... despite countless emails I've had no contact from them ........
