I purchased a shirt as a birthday gift and one day later my order was cancelled because there were no more shirts in stock. Too bad - why don't they check their stock prior to selling?

order was easy
order was easy, the product was sent almost immediatly after ( creditcard) payment. Packing was good, the product - as expected - perfect. Our son tried it and according to the size table it was exactly what we needed.
The same product on other pages wasn't better in price, so we'll stay as a customer. Thank you, that makes good shopping easy and fun.

Impressive product quality. very good fulfillment, free returns.
Searching the website was not perfect as the filter function is cumbersome esp. when you want to use more than one criterion. On my computer the filter closed each time I selected a criterion making it necessary to repeatedly click on the filter button and add one criterion at a time.
