Maybe a good wallet... but terrible customer support, I did order a OneKey Classic 1s on August 1st and as of today September 7 still nothing, the customer support not answer me anymore, the first answer took 10 days...

The software of the onekey wallet is completely disfunctional, this product cannot be used
The software of the onekey wallet is completely disfunctional. I was shocked that anyone dares to release a product with so many bugs to the market. Incredible to believe that even coinbase is invested in this disfunctional product. I am also shocked that there are so many positive youtube videos about the product, it shows that influencers don't examine the product properly and just want to get paid to make a favorable video. Many coins could not be imported, the wallet could not be linked to DEXes (not even to Uniswap), Transactions did not work (they were shown as executed by the wallet software but in reality they were not- this resulted in my funds being locked in the wallet while I needed them somewhere else)....I communicated all this to support, some issues were fixed but it seemed there was a never ending quanitity of bugs....I felt I was an unpaid beta tested for a disfunctional product....
and the very best of the story is that the company refused to refund me....I had to file a paypal case to get refunded. Even to the paypal case there was "No response and no communication from seller".

False advertising / doesn't support Solana / 3 days for customer service
Onekey promises that it can do 'everything ledger can do and more'. This is untrue. After purchase they told me that they're unable to support Solana wallet restoration so I wasted $100.
The interface is extremely clunky and utilises Trezor bridge rather than in-house software. It's very difficult to setup.

Not Worth IT!
Disappointed that OneKey cash earns very little cash even for large purchases. We use both expedia and hotels.com to book the majority of our travels. Extremely disappointed that after months of extensive travel and booking through booth sides, I barely earned $100.00. We used to earn 1 night free for every 10 nights that we booked with Hotels.com which I saw as a great benefit. Seriously considering using other travel booking sites.

OneKey, a must have.
I use a OneKey Touch for a few months now. I'm very happy with it : nice product, excellent quality, easy to use, safe. The software is amazing too. OneKey offers a large range of features and possibilities. I can buy and sale any assets in app with ease.
I read some posts about stolen funds in December. I also saw my balance displaying a 0 amount, but it was just a small bug. OneKey quickly solved the problem.
It's easy to find someone to talk to in case of troubles : I contact OneKey through Telegram or Discord. They always are happy to help.
I sincerely think that onekey has nothing to envy of brands such as Trezor or Ledger. OneKey wallets are reliable and high quality. The after-sales service is remarkable. The constant search for new features makes OneKey a brand that stands out for its seriousness.
