With a lot of patience

Easy to deal ,clear explanation , very good service , no pressure. Took plenty of time to find right product for me .

Solid personal insurance advice - very considered & pragmatic suggestions, even with a slight hint of sales push for the higher premiums, the team were accepting of what was best for you.

My only personal difficulty with the experience (explaining 4 not 5 stars) was that it took multiple attempts to have an appointment phone call, as despite confirming a time the agents were often quite late from overrunning on other calls leaving us with little to no time in our agreed slot. I’d recommend booking calls first thing in the day to avoid this!

Sam called me as I was a user of a search engine for conveyance solicitors. We discussed the insurances I had and he was more than happy to help me find a better deal. I was originally paying £46 for just 1 policy and had another 3 that I needed to find. Sam went above and beyond to find me the best possible deals on all 4 policies, saving me a hell of a lot of money (£68 for all 4 with better cover too! This covers me, my partner and our son for life insurance, mortgage cover and income protection). He went through everything with me, explaining the pros and cons of each, showed me the different options I had and made the whole process a lot easier and understandable for a first timer with no knowledge on these things. Sam even called me after we had spoken with new ideas on how to make it cheaper and more affordable for me and really went that extra mile.
I would highly recommend! I have saved his number for future reference and to recommend to friends and family.
