I bought an adapter on…

I bought an adapter on Onelinkmore,Looks nice. Works fine for the goggles, but the sleeve won't stay in one place. Lost an antenna on my quad today because it flopped around into a prop. Snapped the adapter in half, too, so I think the quality/tolerances are pretty weak.

I'd say that if you're using this for a non-crucial application it's fine, but it's not a sturdy/reliable adapter for much else.

Two stars because the connection itself works. -3 for reliability, durability, and quality.

UPDATE: Added two stars. OneLinkMore contacted me and asked if I would be willing to try another of their products, as a replacement, to which I accepted. They suggested I try the 45 degree variant, which wasn't what I particularly wanted to use, but I figured I'd try it. The same issue was had with the replacement connectors. I worked with Li from OLM and tested numerous areas of functionality. through my testing I have found the issue with the connector, but it is more due to the manner with which they're used than the connectors themselves...sort of.

On miniquad vtxs we often have the jack secured with a lock washer as well as a nut. This removes available threads for the connector to screw onto. The connector itself is simply shorter than others while the compression fitting is more recessed. What this means is that, even if you tighten the collar down all the way you won't get full compression...ie: it will still rotate. On my diversity module they seat perfectly....there's nothing shortening the jack length. On my quad they don't - the jack length is shortened due to the nut as well as being fed through the frame itself.

-1 star merely for the fact that the compression fitting is recessed too much for it to be used for other applications, but I'd prefer to give it 4.5 stars, personally. Their customer service, however, is 6 stars. Absolutely fantastic - they really worked with me to do everything in their power to rectify the issue - even going to the warehouse and then speaking with the manufacturer about the "defect".

TL;DR - Will work on longer jacks, but if yours is shorter it won't seat. Perfect for goggle modules. Not so much for quads with frame mounted jacks.
