I recently had some trouble ordering supplies on the website and reached out for support. I was fortunate to be assisted by Line, who was incredibly helpful throughout the process. When I asked if we could switch to English, she kindly accommodated my request, which I really appreciated.
As this was my first time ordering, she patiently took the time to explain everything in detail and even offered to complete the order for me when I couldn’t do it from my computer. Her professionalism, kindness, and dedication to making sure everything went smoothly truly stood out.
