Unfortunately, my experience was negative. I placed an order and was charged, but the item was never shipped. When I followed up, the company canceled the order instead of resolving the issue, and no refund was ever provided. I’m still waiting for my money back. This situation was handled very poorly.
AVOID this business at all costs.
They take your money,lie and ignore when you ask for your order, they even send fake confirmation of item being shipped, but never a tracking code. After losing your time and messaging them 1047773times you would maybe get 1 reply and that would be a lie. After being fed up for 2 weeks I demanded a refund and guess what? The item I purchased is immediately back for sale on their page. NO REFUND so far.
Funny enough then they talk shit about you on mail and forget to remove you from CC🤣🤣
Also very funny how they get responsive when you let them know you would post about them on social media, they even have prepared the official statement to post in answer, i’m just not sure why they sent it to me😆 i have all the receipts for my claims and no problem to share with anyone, unlike them with gaslighting generic reply
