I absolutely love this brand and these bouquets in general. This order disappointed but it wouldn't prevent me from ordering again (I might just try and buy in store instead of online). I ordered the Love Collection with 9 roses and, although the bouquet was beautifully presented, the quality (or 'freshness) of the preserved roses was not as good as the bouquet I ordered last year (which is still in good condition!). So I feel I may have received roses that were preserved quite a while ago in this order.

Based on the photos you provided, there is a quick and easy way to enhance the appearance of the bunch. We recommend loosening the tie and placing the stems in a vase with a narrower opening than the one shown in your photo, which should help give it a fuller look.
