Run don't walk away

Run don't walk away. Never did get my yard cut. Gave every excuse they could. Even claimed it was because of the hurricane. WE NEVER HAD A HURRICANE. they DO NOT HAVE ANTONE TO DO THE WORK IN THE TAMPA BAY AREA. please don't waste your time like I did. If there was a ZERO they would have gotten that. July 2021

Horrible service

Horrible service - never the same people every week and always rescheduling with out any notice. Had them 1 week and they went up $10 - horrible service.

Do not waste your time nor money

Do not waste your time nor money. They continued to delay or cancel us for over 2 months then when they actually did show up, they did a realllllllllly horrible job then charged us triple the amount because they stated the grass was tall when it was not because my husband had just mowed it like 5 days before...Total waste of time and money. Were reporting them.

They service provided was great! The only issue I had was scheduling it but when they came out it was overall great service done.

DO NOT use this service

Do not use this service. They lure you in with the $20 per job weekly mowing rate (excluding taxes), but once you try to sign up, there is an additional fee for lot size (for my lot size about $13 more) and then a $3 'service fee'. Which would almost double my weekly mowing at $40 instead of the originally advertised $20. I backed out after that and didn't sign up. Went immediately to the reviews, glad I did, looks like their service is really bad anyway. STAY AWAY!

My credit card charges/prices went up…

My credit card charges/prices went up with out notice and no consent sought whether or not acceptable to customers. Very bad service- several times they left wide tracks or uncut grass. No way to reach anybody. The emails are auto generated and sent out late and no one monitors for responses. I don't recommend.

Here it goes!

Here it goes!! DO NOT HIRE THESE FOLKS FOR LAWNCARE!!! I was scheduled for twice a mont care, They continuously cancel without informing you and I have been begging for 2 weeks now to have my lawncare done. It has not been cut for a month!! I am a female,disabled vet and am unable to do the lawn myself. My lawn is almost 2 ft high now and I have no idea how i am going to get it cut. Please save yourself the time, money and frustration this company has caused me. All they give is excuses and they do not follow through. This was a HUGE mistake hiring them!!!

Do not walk, run to another vendor.

If I could rate them zero or less I would. The service may be nice from a technology standpoint, but the service delivery is horrific. OneNeighbor contracts with independent lawn crews who are unreliable, do poor work, or, as was the case today, try to report cutting a lawn that was done by my new vendor yesterday.

Last week, they missed the scheduled service date by 5 days, causing it to be done after a 50% increase in the cost of their service went into effect. The lawn was very poorly cut, in fact so badly they issued a partial refund.

Skip this firm unless you enjoy headache after headache.

TERRIBLE service, and NO SHOW for next visit

Had 1st service on June 20, signed up for every 2 weeks service, it was not done well. Edging was terrible, trimming was so poor I had to finish it myself, part of lawn was not even mowed! Was scheduled for 2nd visit July 9 (WAY MORE than 2 weeks nearly 3), no show! Rescheduled for July 10 - no show again and account shows "delayed" Grass is ridiculously high, it's embarrassing! I just cancelled the service (at least I hope it's cancelled). Now I will have to struggle to get it done myself until I can find another service that will be reliable.

Great experience!

Love how quick and easy it is to setup and use OneNeighbor. The team did an excellent job mowing my lawn, and even posted pictures of the yard after completing the service! Definitely recommend.

Unreliable!

They did okay the first few times but then stop showing consistently. I once went 3 weeks without my grassed mowed even though I'm on the weekly plan. They would have us scheduled but never show. It's also hard to get in contact with them. It's just not worth the headache.

Avoid this company!!!!

They did good work the first 2 visits. But after rain, they kept delaying my service and then after 16 days, they said they would charge me double because my grass had not been mowed. I received emails and text messages everyday saying they would come the next day and never did. They don’t answer the phone. I finally canceled. They last mowed my lawn May 28th. As of June 19th they still never showed up. For weekly mowing.

Not good

I thought this service was going to make having my lawn mown easier, but this company is terrible. They change the schedule constantly without telling you, they cancelled my service without telling me. Then they were going to mow my yard twice in one week. It is terrible.

Just the worst.

Today is 6-18-21....the last time OneNeighbor was at my house to mow was 5-25-21. They constantly changed or canceled my service with out telling me and NEVER contacted me back when I reached out to them.

Now its been 3 1/2 weeks since my grass has been mowed. I have a broken L5 vertebrae and will now have to go outside and mow the yard myself. I will be in pain for days because these people are so unreliable. Satisfaction is NOT guaranteed, that is a lie. They obviously care very about customer satisfaction.

When i emailed them i got a pre-formatted response with nothing but excuses.

I have never experienced a so called "business" that cared so little about their customers.

NEVER USE THIS SERVICE OR EVEN CONSIDER USING ANY CONTRACTOR TGEY EMPLOY OR SUGGEST.

Terrible experience

I joined OneNeighbor for over two months. Our agreement was for biweekly lawn mowing. The first three times the company which came did a good job. After them, another company was sent to do the service, named Ultra Lawn Care and that guy was terrible!
He didn’t do edjing at the backyard although it was part of the agreed service. Last time he came for service I asked him to do the edjing at the backyard and he said that he doesn’t do the backyard at all. When he finished the front yard (without edjing) I asked him what’s about the backyard? He ignored me and then I told him that this was his last time in my house. He said “I don’t want to see your f…ing yard again’ and he left very mad at me. Right after I noticed that he had damaged two extension cords which I had on the ground. This was in purpose, because he dropped a broken socket in front of my door to provoke me. I paid $20 to fix the damage. When I reported everything to OneNeighbor, they wanted to compensate me. I refused and I told them that I don’t want to see any service company from them to my house again, otherwise I will call the police. If you don’t want any kind of troubles, stay away from OneNeighbor.

Just like the others, you’ll regret signing up.

Just like the others. Promises never kept and this isn’t the first time, Same bs last year too. Now a month later they want to double charge for my next mow. I’m done with telling them to do their job.
