I had a problem with a product
I had a problem with a product - Lifemap. I emailed the company twice before I got a reply. I then asked a further question to get it working, as I wasn't sure. I have sent 5 emails since and received no response.
Shocking support. I think the product would be really good, but if they don't help you get it working, its no good. Its been the whole of January. I have sent my review from my personal email, not my business one, just in case they happen to look at reviews
