Battery is useless on massage gun

Battery is useless on massage gun. Had it a few months and will charge for hours then will die after about a minute. Have contacted customer service multiple times asking how I can fix this and they haven’t got back to me once

None existent customer service

Do not buy one of these products if you ever hope to get a response from customer service or aftercare. My mini was used only about 20 times and no no longer charges. 10 emails and 20 calls to customer service have all gone unanswered.

DO NOT BUY!!

DO NOT BUY. I ordered a Physion Mini off the website, they have taken my money but I received no order confirmation or note of despatch. This was a week ago. Tried the website phone number but it does not connect, and they do not respond to emails or the "contact us" form. Appears a complete scam so avoid.

Beware of buying from the Physion…

Beware of buying from the Physion website directly as the massage gun does not seem genuine (its unbranded) and returns are effectively not possible - you will be ripped off. I ordered a Physion pro and the massage gun I received from them was unbranded. I decided to return it unused. I was initially told they dont accept returns and when I pushed I was told that I would have to pay the return delivery cost and a 10% 'restocking fee'. Considering the gun costs £60-£70 and return delivery to China is around £50 you basically have no way of getting your money back. DO NOT make the same mistake I made!

Bad communication with supporting team

I ordered a massager, I was satisfied when I started using it, after using it 3 times it discharged, I tried to charge it and it didn't charge... I tried to talk to the help of the physion team, but no one cares about it....

6 days after placing the order

6 days after placing the order, there have been no updates. My worst fears are being realised after reading similar stories. Ghosting paying customers. Disgusting.

Rubbish customer service

Rubbish customer service! Purchased a physion mini massager in November 2022 less than six months ago. Battery only lasts 4 minutes now. Totally ignored emails, contact messages and phone calls. Don’t purchase from this company!!

No response, avoid.

Keep changing their email, Klarna can’t contact them, I can’t contact them… product broken (doesn’t hold charge) within 12 months and can’t get hold of anyone to advice what to do next. Awful.

Not so bad

Ordered then read the reviews so was hesitant. Took about 2 weeks to arrive as although it doesn’t say it, it was shipped from China. The product itself is good, looks pretty good quality but doesn’t have any product personalisation as in the company name on the travel case or gun itself. Not sure if it’s worth £60 but we will see!

AVOID

AVOID. No delivery. No replacement/refund. Retail Ombudsman...
Bought a PHYSION massage gun and after a couple of weeks it hadn't arrived. I emailed Physion Support (customer services) and they said they're "unable to offer a refund or replacement". Despite reminding them of the Customer Rights Act 2015, they still refuse to act. POOR customer service. I'm now submitting a claim with the Retail Ombudsman, confident that I'll eventually get my money back.
