Wig came , not like the picture or description. several emails to finally be acknowledged , then an offer to return , percentage paid , I took it. Too much trouble and the girl who emailed back whined about how little money she makes. No more China orders it takes too long to receive inferior product, then give in . Too much manipulation and scammers ing going on.

I received an email to rate if im happy with my wig. If i did get it i would have something to rate. It been 5 months and still waiting for my wig or a refund

I ordered a wig and paid. Received email stating my purchase and an order and tracking number. Neither number could be tracked! This is a rip off!!!!!

OMG!! How can this be that the same thing keeps happening over and over?! I received the dark wig too after ordered the blond curly wig! They are deceiving everyone! They offered me a 20% refund. Really? I couldn't believe it. They refused to send the correct product. It cost $17.00 to return wrong product and I seriously doubt they would really refund my money anyway. This is really scarey!!!!

I have the same as the others I have just read, I ordered a blonde curly wig and rec'd a black straight wig. I want my money back !!! $34.89..It may not seem like much, but to me it is. I have to count every penny and had a weak moment when I ordered this. Shame on this company. You give other honest companies a very bad name...but then again...you are located in
China. Never again will I trust ordering from unknown companies.

Do not buy from this company. I ordered a blonde wig. I received a black wig. Weeks later and numerous email attempts to get a response I've heard nothing from "customer service". They have ignored me. They sell junk and don't seem to care about their customers. I wish I had read their reviews before. I am not the only one to have this horrible experience. I think it's time for a class action suit.

order a nice looking much curls. light colored wig for a friend that is fighting cancer with hair loss. Waited forever and today I got a black straight wig. We will see if I get a response from my email. Called my bank and they stated will be charging the financial bank that got the payment and dispute the charge on my account with a credit until get a response. Only phone number is out of the USA...pay pal no help. DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM as no one to go to when they get it wrong.

Had the same experience as others on this comment site. received a long straight black wig instead of the curly honey toast wig that was ordered. The other two I ordered were only marginally like the pictures displayed on their site. contacted their email, there was no phone number, and they requested I send pictures which I immediately did. Several weeks later, after several emails back to them, have still heard nothing. What you receive is nothing like the pictures, don't know how they had equate the pictures and the products. Sizing is also not right, a large barely fits on my head. do not recommend this company at all. Have decided to go ahead and keep the wigs and will use them with my granddaughters for dress up.

I have tried to contact them for 2 weeks after getting a black straight wig instead of the curly honey toast wig that I ordered.. Never a reply back. This is the only online purchase that I have had a problem with. Do not order from them unless you don't mind getting the wrong order. I willnot ship this back to China. First of all there is no return address in the package. Such a bad experience.

This company is low low class from China. They sent me a totally opposite wig than what I ordered. I have sent 3 emails and tried to call numerous times. No response at all. May as well mark it up as a foolish purchase and throw the wig away. Scam !!!

This company is a complete scam. They sent me the wrong wig. I sent pictures of the dark brown straight hair wig they sent me and a picture from their website of the wig I ordered, a dark blonde curly wig with light blonde highlights. They said they looked at the pictures I sent and what was the problem. If PayPal doesn't make sure I get my money back, I will file a complaint with the Better Business Bureau against PayPal.

This company will not get back with me about the wrong wig they sent me. Well, let me correct that -- they did respond by asking me to take a picture of the wig that was the wrong color they sent. I did this and it's been another two weeks go by and still nothing.

Since I had to give a star, which isn't deserved, to write the review I gave it one star. This company is a SCAM out of China. Do not purchase their $3.00 wigs, which is what they will send you. If you use PayPal ,who supports them, you will not get a refund.

This company is a scam. DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM. While they state they have a 100% money back guarantee, they do not honor it. My wig came in a dark grey, purple color. I ordered sugar silver. It was a straight bob but the video showed it to be a wavy style. They asked that I take a picture of it, which I did and then said, it was fine. End of communication. They would not send information for returning it. When credit card bill comes, I will NOT be paying for this.

This company is a scam and should be reported the crazy thing is pay pal supports them if you go on their blog site their are over thousands of complaints from this company on pay pal I only used them because I had trusted pay pal but I see they know how to scam everyone.

I bought several wigs. All of them were terrible, and not as advertise poor quality totally not what I order at all a total scam. I wish I had known before. I will check very hard now. I lost money through pay pal. I thought I was protected by them since they use pay pal as a payment method boy was I wrong.

I had pictures plus evidence still they manage to get over on people pay pal did not give me a refund I'm sure by now they know how to scam even them the Communication was horrible no refund no way of getting a hold of them they make is seem like you can but when you try it's impossible and does not happen. Pal Pay always suggest you contact the company to try and resolved the issued they also had contact website and emails.

I still could not get ahold of them because they know they are a scam company the delivery time was a scam too. I got the wigs way after the time so I could not get a refund.
Someone should exposed this company and stop them from doing this to other innocence people. NO NO NO I do not recommend this company buyers beware.
