Sudden game lag after win
After a bigger hit on a slot, the next few spins lagged badly. Could be coincidence, but it really kills the mood.
While we don't verify specific claims because reviewers' opinions are their own, we may label reviews as "Verified" when we can confirm a business interaction took place. Read more

After a bigger hit on a slot, the next few spins lagged badly. Could be coincidence, but it really kills the mood.
Everything has a catch hidden in terms: free spins, cashback, tournaments. I’m tired of reading legal text just to spin a slot.
You can’t talk to a real person until you go through a stupid chatbot that doesn’t understand anything. By the time I got a human agent, I had already typed my issue three times. Annoying.
Playing on my laptop with people around, I wished there was a way to hide or blur the exact balance on screen. Other sites have that. Here it’s big and front and center, kind of embarrassing.
You can see that you spun, but not always which features triggered and how payouts were calculated. For someone who likes to double-check, it’s frustrating.
Apparently I broke some “max bet while wagering” rule without knowing. They voided part of my bonus winnings because of it. The rule was buried deep in the terms, not obvious when choosing bet size.
You can’t save your preferred bet sizes, just have to tap plus/minus all the time. Small annoyance, but adds up if you switch stakes often.
Deposited in my local currency but the account runs in another, so I lose on exchange both ways. Not made clear upfront.
The link to their responsible gaming policy is tucked away at the very bottom in tiny text. Took me a while to even find information about limits and self-exclusion.
Compared a few football matches and their odds were consistently a bit lower than two other sites I use. If I’m losing edge on every bet, I’d rather not bet here.
