Paying the price for a Pilaster that wasn't quoted.

I Requested a price on a solid plastic door to replace a door that wasn't in the opening anymore. I sent pictures and drew a sketch of the door. I received pricing for the door. When I placed the order for the door, I was told that One Point can not make the door as I requested. I was told that I needed to purchase a pilaster and the door. I was never told this when I sent the quote request in. Why did I have to pay extra for a pilaster, when a pilaster wasn't quoted? I have proof that I sent drawings and pictures when I asked for the quote request. I had to pay for a pilaster because someone at One Point failed to study the pictures and drawing in detail. I am an estimator as well. If I were to make that mistake, I would be forced to supply the pilaster at no extra charge.

Powder coated black partitions

I had an issue with the shipping company that was used for the delivery of partitions. I was told I had a guaranteed delivery of a certain date but not only did the delivery not come, the shipper never called to let me know, until that afternoon when I called wanting an update after sitting at the jobsite for hours. One point stepped up and was able to get a refund on a portion paid for shipping and forwarded that to me. Partitions were delivered the following week, installed and everything fit as needed and partitions look great

Not happy at all with the customer…

Not happy at all with the customer services and after sale follow-up. The product is good however no quality control assurance on the the accessories shipped which is needed as part of the partitions. my order came missing U brackets and have some extra different brackets not needed. When I called to address my concerns I was told by a rep her name is Ms. Jhoana that they checked everything prior to shipping and if you need them you have to pay again, which doesn't make any since to pay for their poor QA.

The ordering process was great!

The ordering process for our new partitions was pretty streamlined. I sent drawings in February with a list of the partitions I thought was needed and got a returned to scale drawing of the layout and precise measurements. When the installer measured off the ordering form and confirmed the measurements on the order will fit we placed the order with Andrew Hyler (who was very helpful).

Great service pricing is a little higher than others

I have used ONEPOINT for a few years. I did shop other providers and these were not the lowest priced option but, Due to the service and these are Global products I chose One Point. Simply because replacement parts are easier to find. There are local providers close to me to purchase replacement hardware. My clientele is very hard on the facilities we provide. I am supplied with installation instructions for my contractor and the order ships quickly. I was a installer for several years and global has the best products IMO.

My sales rep Brian answered all my questions and if something came up during the install he was a phone call away. I would definitely be ordering from onepoint next time I'm in need of partitions Thanks John Norton Ma.
