Been using onepoundeliquid for years with no problems but recipe or ingredients must have changed.
Mainly have rhubarb and custard but last lot ordered at end of January were darker, burn coils out quickly and flavour nowhere near as nice.

Have been trying to contact onepoundliquid for about a week. I have a Support Ticket No. but no support offered so far. Order Liquid on the 25th Nov but no delivery yet (12th Dec). Appreciate Royal Mail issues however, the Tracking No. supplied at the time states the Parcel has not even arrived with Royal Mail yet? Live Chat does not work (as I presume nobody there) Have used these guys for the past 5+ years so a bit gutted as a loyal user.

Order dispatched 25th April... 10th May STILL NO ORDER. They state they usec48hr delivery..yeh right.not if it takes this amount of time you dont!!!

When you order it comes very quickly and the liquid is tasty. It the best that I've found for the price

I have been buying from these guys for several years, never been disappointed. Before I discovered their website, I was buying my eliquid from the local shop, which was much, much more expensive and doesn't taste as good. The delivery is always very quick too. Always satisfied when I order from them. Will highly recommend this company and have recommended it to friends and family over the years, they are very happy with them.

I've been buying from this company (onepondliquid.com) for years and would thoroughly recommend them for their products, prices and excellent customer service. I have never had an issue that wasn't met with immediate resolution and no further action or cost on my part. Their range is extensive and continuously expanding and at a price that I haven't been able to match elsewhere of the same quality. I generally am not one to review products or services - but as I have been dealing with these guys for years (which speaks for itself) feel obliged to highlight their service.

I have been purchasing my e-liquid from OnePoundLiquid for over a year now. I have had a number of issues with them. First, I chose a delivery option which should not have been available &/or better explained, this created a delay. I was issued a credit of £4.50 to compensate for the error. Only thing is, in order to claim this I had to use my card to make the payment. When I did this, I was unable to claim the refund and I got hit for a charge of €2.50 for using the card!!! Customer support (A complete joke) Offered no assistance whatsoever. My latest debacle has led me to discontinue using this website. I placed my order and did not receive my email with tracking details. When I contacted the useless support they told me it was a Royal Mail issue and not their problem and they could do nothing about it. I have no contract with Royal Mail. I paid £8.50 delivery to One Pound Liquid. Not to Royal Mail. Again, so called CUSTOMER SUPPORT offers NO SUPPORT!!! How do I track my item and when do I wait in to receive my parcel???? Fed up with them. Stay away, absolutely no help when things go wrong.
