I find the sizing incorrect, even with the measurements. That's not the worst part. The returns are a nightmare. There are no drop-off points around, and the ones that are around are on holiday.

I purchased a few items *less than a week* before the black friday sale started (prior to knowing diamond and platinum tiers had early access) thinking the items wouldn’t be more than 10% off, and if they were more I’d just repurchase. I saw they were discounted 40% off, so I swiftly reached out to customer service to ask for a price adjustment because nearly *every* other brand honors price adjustments (even SKIMS & Gymshark).
They told me to “return and repurchase the items at the sale price,” because they couldn’t do it. This is BS because I *know* they can do small adjustments. I’ve been refunded for an error on a return and for incorrect sales tax I was charged. Due to the diamond and platinum tiers having early access the products sold out so I can’t even “return & repurchase” like they said to. This is a joke, completely greedy and unfair.
It would be much easier to refund the small difference to the customer and keep them happy instead of making them order the same items over again that someone else could’ve purchased. The customer service is terrible, they take forever to reply, the company is greedy and I will be filing a chargeback.

I purchased a pair of leggings for £50, expecting premium quality. Unfortunately, after just one light wear to my local town (a few hours, not yet washed), the fabric started fraying and looked torn. This is unacceptable for the price point and for something marketed as durable activewear.
When I raised this with customer service, I provided photos and explained the situation. Instead of addressing the clear defect, I received generic responses about “bobbles/pilling” being normal for performance fabrics and advice on washing—despite the fact that these leggings were barely worn and never washed. This felt dismissive and ignored the actual problem.
I asked about returning them and getting a replacement, but all I’ve heard back is that they are “reviewing my feedback.” For £50, I expect much better quality and customer support. I will not be purchasing from this company again and cannot recommend them.
I ordered goods on 2 October, which arrived on the 15th. Due to incorrect sizing, I returned them the same day. As of 12 November, I’ve still not received a refund — despite multiple attempts to resolve the issue and repeatedly providing the same return information.
I’ve now had to escalate this to my credit card provider. It’s a real shame, as I genuinely try to support small businesses. Unfortunately, I won’t be using this company again or recommending them to anyone
They sent me the wrong items and I still need to pay the return fee. I have tried writing multiple emails but they just reply that it is to “give me the best service”. I can’t really see how this is good service.
Excellent customer service that replied quickly with a great solution, due to receiving a different product than ordered. Mistakes happen and they solved it brilliantly. They are open to suggestions, and took my comment that as a 40+ year old woman I would feel more represented when that age group could be included in the models very seriously.

I had brain surgery a couple months ago and having trouble to view websites. I asked the owner many times if she sold her products in the USA. Despite me not being able to see well and go to her website she decided to be a bully and intentionally ignore my comments. I have commented on many of her post when I was able to do so and she has ignored all. It was only one of her fans who replied yes to me. I think its highly unprofessional for her to be a bully and act like this as a business owner. How can you treat your fans like that. Clearly you seen all my comments as you commented a day later to someone below me ""each and every time"". I dont appreciate your unprofessionalism or being a bully. You never know who is writing on your Instagram and what they are going through. You need to be kind. And God sees everything you do behind your screen and im here to tell you, Your wrong for that and shame on you. Next time someone comments on your page maybe you wont have a bully mindset as you dont know what someone may be going through asking you a normal day to day business/ or product question.

Completely see-through shorts - I recently purchased the yellow shorts set and I was horrified at the quality. I literally could not wear them outside of the house. Hugely disappointed with the quality as previous purchases have been good.
I have been thinking to buy some t-shirts from oner but the pricing is unbelievable. I am glad I came here to read some reviews, my gut feeling told me there was something wrong and infact many people complained about the quality of clothes. It's quite disappointing seeing the overpricing because as a company they claim to make gym clothes accessible for everybody. It's clearly not true. They only want to make money and are not aligned with their values.
I used to like Oner Active however their quality and customer service has gone down significantly in the last year. I was given a gift voucher for my birthday which I used towards a pair of leggings and sports bra. I ended up pay £50 of my own money towards this but ended up just keeping the leggings and returning the sports bra. When my refund came through they told me they refunded the £30 onto the GIFT CARD rather than my account! When I questioned it I received no response! Customer service is SHOCKING and I am still £30 out of pocket. I will never order from Oner again! Delivery is also SO slow! Took almost a month for my order to arrive and was told it was because of a release drop meant and increase in orders but you should plan with staffing accordingly!
Absolutely beautifully made clothes (and have followed the owner for a long time on social media) but the delivery times to the uk and returns are a nightmare. Use FedEx which only delivers Monday to Friday and returns require a printer and there aren’t many drop off locations around. Fairly confident the main customer base is young girls who don’t have access to a printer? Please consider using alternative delivery and returns option for the uk! Not sure why the Royal Mail returns option has recently disappeared but please give us more choice and make our lives easier!!
Points also can’t be used with any other discounts and you don’t get them back if you return part of an order or a full order.
I ordered an item and paid for standard UK delivery (quite expensive and unusual as most brands charge free delivery for such a high spend) which was advertised to arrive in 4-6 working days. I complained to customer service which said they will take 5-7 days to respond which is shockingly slow service. The parcel took nearly a month to arrive. I returned the item as the fit wasn’t right and they charged me for a return even though it is advertised as free returns. I got the refund after complaining (again) but i will never order from this company again as it was not worth all this effort and stress of contacting them so often.
If I could I would give 0, I changed my adresse and my phone number, when I bought from them. Then I se that they have put my old adress and my old phone number! Contacted them and they said they would change it and now they haven’t, now I won’t receive any text when it’s here and they will send it to my old address which I live far away from! And the Costumer service sucks !
Order arrived a month late and customer service did not get back to me until weeks later.Their reply was very insincere considering this ruined a gift.
They still have not replied in relation to this issue. I would not order from them unless you want your parcel to arrive over a month late.
The quality of the clothes is good although you’re lucky if your parcel got delivered in the first place. I have a gold member status in their loyalty program and have received little to no support when my package got stolen during delivery. It’s been more than a month of going back and forth between Oner Active and FedEx about the refund and no money has reached my account. It’s a shame that such a big company can’t compensate 60 pounds for a proven missing package case and would rather jeopardise their reputation.

I ordered over £100 worth of clothes and did not receive it, a month month later I started emailing them multiple times (no reply).
3 Months after that still no reply and still no clothes they took my money and ran.
