Treatment plan for weight loss around the abdomen - the treatment finished in January - I was concerned about the lack of weight loss and saw her in April. She promised to get back to me and never did.

This laser is an extremely short gain treatment - I saw some small weight loss for about 4 weeks and then it started to come back and what has really concerned me was the unusually rapid weightgain after the treatment even with restricting calories.

I had the Emerald Laser treatment for 2 parts (waist and hip/thigh) for 10 sessions each over 2 months.
I am very satisfied with the results.
　Weight: -5.6kg (BMI 26.7→24.5)
　Under bust: -6cm
　Waist: -5cm
　Abdomen: -8cm
　Hip: -6cm
　Thigh: -5cm each
　Arm: -5cm each
I kept drinking lots of water and I tried to do some exercise and lymph drainage massages myself regularly, which helped as well.
I really liked the Emerald Laser treatent since it's painless and relaxing. Michelle, my therapist, was always efficient, too.

I really like the treatment and I want to caring on doing it, it’s pain free and very relaxing. I love it.

Update: my subsequent treatments have been very professional and enjoyable. Dr Nadijia discussed my feedback and all of my suggestions were taken on board. The experience is now relaxing, and includes dimmed floor lamps, infused water, a pillow, and even a massaging eye mask. The therapist is very welcoming and supportive. Thank you!

I’m not normally one to write reviews but feel the need to offer constructive feedback. I am doing a course of the Emerald Laser. The product itself caused me no discomfort and I enjoyed the compression massage at the end. But the treatment involves a lot of inactivity while the lasers work, so it matters how the room is set up. The experience in the room is not very premium for the price you pay for the service. Small adjustments can make a big difference.
- The room lights are full bright and can’t be dimmed, so it’s not relaxing. This could be solved with some floor lamps.
- The treatment relates to weight loss and recommends hydrating. It would have been nice to receive a glass of infused water or detox tea before or after the treatment. It’s low-cost to offer and makes people feel looked after, as is often done in a spa when having lymphatic drainage.
- The music was jarring and not relaxing, easily solved by picking a pre-made spa playlist.
- I was given a towel to cover myself and to support my head while on the bed, but this was not very comfortable. The experience would benefit from a pillow, blanket and even an eye mask if the lights are on.
- the treatment involves green lasers that can be harmful to the eyes. I was told in the sign-off form I will receive glasses to protect my eyes but the lady didn’t offer them to me. I asked about this and she said I could have them but not to worry as long as I don’t look directly at them. That I wasn’t offered them made me feel less confident in her.
- the lady was nice and helpful, but given this is an aesthetic treatment I would expect her to wear a uniform of some kind. Again, I felt less confident in her and the service because of this.

These suggestions are standards I’ve come to expect from spas and aesthetic treatment.

Dr Najia was very professional and sympathetic. She put together a recommendation package of having emerald laser together with em sculpt neo to strengthen my abdomen which also had some separation from the pregnancy.
The emerald laser did not hurt and was a pleasant experience. I found the em sculpt neo to be a bit uncomfortable however this eased after a session. The em sculpt neo also got rid of lower back pain upon the first session which has not come back.
Altogether with a good diet and exercise and these treatments I managed to loose 6cm from my waist. I am very happy with the results and feel was very beneficial.
The one skin clinic was very accessible and close to main tube station. Was convenient and Dr Najia very helpful.
