Website was well laid out, pictures accurate and payment page was straightforward.
Dry robe is well made with quality fabric. I’m 5’2” and adult sizes swamp me. This is just the right size, for me the arms are a tad too small, but I have to bear in mind I’ve bought a garment designed for a 9-13 year old! I’m very happy with my purchase…and it’s so warm. Thank you Onesnug.

Please I still haven't received my…
Please I still haven't received my parcel yet from you. Royal mail didn't deliver any item to my address date 11/04/26. Time 19:30 PM. I received an email from them saying that they have delivered My item to my safe place. I have checked over and over again my front door porch and my back door garden shed safe place. Nothing has been delivered. The picture of the safe place that Royal mail delivery my item was not My safe place and my back door garden safe place. They have decided to deliver it to a wrong address. Not mines. I have made a huge complaint to Royal mail since Saturday 11/04/26 in the evening same time I received their email saying my item has been delivered. I didn't received any item from Royal mail. Because I was home at the time. Looking forward to hearing from you soon.
