I joined OneState only 6 days ago and have already spent over 1,500 EUR because I genuinely enjoyed the game. However, my experience on the German server has been ruined by extremely poor administration.
I received a 3-day ban under rule 7.4. The problem is that the official website states a 12-hour ban, the official Discord states a 24-hour ban, and I was given 72 hours. When I contacted support, the staff openly admitted that the public rules are outdated and that they are enforcing internal rules that are not visible to players.
My support ticket was then simply closed without any resolution. This is not acceptable. I am not disputing the existence of punishment, but the arbitrary duration applied in direct contradiction to the company’s own published rules.
I request an immediate management-level review of my case and the conduct of the German server administration. All evidence has been documented.
