Beware!


I strongly advise against purchasing anything from onestep.fr. My experience has been nothing short of a nightmare. I placed an order for goods on March 29th, and as of today, April 18th, I have not received them.

I’ve reached out to them via email four times, attempted phone calls, and even messaged them on social media platforms. Unfortunately, there has been zero response from their end.

This company probably is a complete fraud. They take your money without any intention of delivering the goods you’ve paid for. Please, avoid them at all costs.
