Emma was absolutely outstanding from start to finish. After a long and extremely complicated process, she is the main reason we were able to secure our mortgage.

We had a very challenging case involving a leasehold flat, reserve fund concerns, managing agents who were slow to respond, and a lender that required very specific clarifications. Where others might have given up, Emma fought relentlessly for us. She understood the details inside out, pushed back when things didn’t make sense, worked closely with surveyors and underwriters, and found a way through when it genuinely felt impossible.

What really stood out was her persistence, clarity, and honesty. She kept us informed at every step, explained complex issues in plain English, and never once made us feel like our case was a burden, even when it clearly involved a lot more work than normal.

We genuinely believe that without Emma’s dedication, expertise, and determination, we would not have got this mortgage. We cannot recommend her highly enough to anyone needing a mortgage advisor, especially if your case is anything other than straightforward.
