Found some bargains in the sale they have on, with an amazing sofa set for £900, including delivery

Great Service and fast delivery as promised.I ordered carpet and beds together and they managed to fit the carpets in the morning and the beds later in the afternoon so my rooms were ready within one day. The son even came out and measured up to make sure we had the right sizes, and was helpful in advising us which carpets to choose.

This company sells overpriced goods, you could go down the road and find their nearest competitor who offers the same goods at a much cheaper rate.

If you order from them expect little to no help with your order, the son (younger one) and elder (uncle) will greet you and leave you with your order as fast as it took them to deliver your items.

Ask to use the company toilet I dare, you'll be greeted with no hot water to wash your hands, an impractical 'toilet', along with no heating, that's heating within the whole facility make sure you take your coats if you like to look around.

The father who owns the company is a loverly man, it's a shame his son will run this into the ground.

Spend his time on his phone while the other elderly worker moves everything, and does most things, even though not safe.

There's 0 health and safety and all reviews on this page apart from the latest are self made to make the company seem legit.

One Stop furniture are shysters, they do not deserve 1 star. I ordered a queen sized bedframe, 2 matching nightstands, matching dresser in May 2023, I also ordered and paid for a 5 year protection plan, white glove service which turned out to be a joke, it was delivered 6/16/2023. The delivery men were rude, unfriendly and lazy, they did not have shoe covers knowing they were walking in my house and into my bedroom, my dresser was busted which I refused to have them put it in my house, the customer service asked me to accept it, I said NO. The bedframe and nightstands look shabby, not like the website pictures. I was promised by customer service if I paid for white glove service, they would put my bed together and placed properly in my bedroom. I have a sleep number bed, I was told I needed to purchase a conversion kit, another ripoff. The delivery men refused to put everything together, they said it was not their job. I was upset and crying, when I called customer service while the delivery men were still in my house, the rep laughed at me, humiliated me to the point that I just wanted the furniture out of my house, they have refused to take it back, it is now 11/9/2023, the frame and nightstands are still taking up all my space in my bedroom along with my bed, I have no room to walk around, almost tripped over it 2 times, the tags are still on them, I do not want this stuff nor do I want to do business with One Stop, it is my first and last time with these crooks. There are more reputable companies out there who give good customer service and put your merchandise together, please do not do business with these unscrupulous people. This whole ordeal has been a nightmare, I regret ever doing business with these people. I cannot move this furniture, I am a disabled Veteran and Senior, no one should be treated with disrespect. I do not think anyone wants to pay for scruffy furniture and service they do not receive. Buyer Beware!

10/10 help from the workers they helped a lot due to me not able to lift heavy things and they put everything in the car for me.

please people avoid this company i bought sofa and 2 armchairs.. sofa arrived wrong size wich is insted of 3 seater they send me 2 seater sofa, armchair one of them was broken so i send it back , and now 6 days nobody contacting me at all just ignoring from everywhere, so they living me no choice to put them for small claims court i think enoug is enough to be ignored when u pay money for something they delivered please llease be careful what u buy from them, they contacting u till u buy after they disappear like they never existed!!! well see you in a court soon!

I bought sofa bed and mattress on 10/11/2022 by 20/11/2022 the sofa collapsed I contacted them to return it they told me they are not following refunding policies and they not refund it. I had send letter and they received it on 29/11 still no reactive. Faulty products, very very bad customer service and lots of lies. They not respect the law and taken advantage of people they are new in this country and stolen them money. Be very careful if you will visit this store.
