339 Linthorpe Road Middlesbrough

One Stop shop 339 Linthorpe Road Middlesbrough. I gone to the shop to pick up few parcels. The shop assistant could not find them so she decided to start shouting and swearing at me. This is the shop manager, then her friend joined in, another member of staff. Telling me to F...off from the shop and calling me a stupid be.....h... Obviously this is the proper way to speak to immigrants, we are all s..m. They did this because they are racist and think it is ok speak to people like that. It must be their employers policy to swear at customers. I have all the recording and I will post it on line. I would suggest don't shop in one stop if you immigrant. They stolen my parcel with my dogs medication in it. Absolutely shocking behaviour. I started to record this because I felt scared by them both. Everything is recorded on the shops CCTV, I suggest that their employer has a look before I post my recording all over the internet. I want both of them to be sacked. They should not work with public. I'm 55 year old woman, disabled and hard working not some shop lifter that try to still something from the shop, all I wanted was my dogs medication and all I got was abuse and name calling.

I phoned the one stop customer service and put complaint in , the member of staff was not interested.
I also send an email to Ombudsman to have a look at the running of the business and the aggressive behaviour of the staff. The manager told me that she was only 17 in charge of the shop and selling cigarettes and alcohol to customers. I have all the proof on my phone.

Some convenience store

Some convenience store. We visited a recently opened shop in Cheltenham. We've been twice now, morning and afternoon and no milk at all. Staff don't know when deliveries are coming which isn't their fault but not helpful. Won't be using again.

BUYER BEWARE

BUYER BEWARE: They will scam you and rob you in any way possible on a weekly basis. If not today, then another day sooner or later. In more than one year, I have counted 14 times where they cheated on prices. This is only from the times I checked the receipts but only God knows how many more times they have robbed not just me but many people who do not check their receipts and blindly pay without noticing their scams of "discounted" products. This includes near-expiry products that they advertise at a discounted price, but in most cases, they still scan the "normal" barcode for the full price. They also place "discounted" products at the front of the store, advertising the price in big, wide "cheap" numbers, while in miniature letters in the corner, it is written that the discount is not applied until a specific date next week or so, so you end up paying the full price anyway, foolishly believing you are buying "cheaper." These thugs are top-tier scammers that even Indian phone call scammers are jealous of OneStop's scamming tactics! You might think everyone makes mistakes, but don't be fooled. They may say sorry every single time with nice kitty faces, but they keep doing the same things over and over again, not just a specific cashier but all of them. You can't blame a single person here, because that's how this shops work. Truly a cancerous place. These kinds of things you do are called bait advertising, which is illegal under UK law, under consumer regulations. This is not the USA for you, here transparency is welcomed. However, you try to leverage naive people and rob them, thinking that the majority won't check or take their receipts after purchase. This includes when you "accidentally" and deliberately do not scan one of the items, resulting in the person not getting the full promotion of the selected products' deal. I have never seen anything like this in my whole life. You might mess up once or twice, but not on a weekly basis. This shop brand is like a silent cancer, atleast in Mickleover, Derby, robbing people with their scammy scummy tactics. I will make sure regulatory authorities take a good look at this shop, as I have gathered enough evidence over time. I hope you no longer operate in the near future, scammers.

Customer service

Been shopping in one stop for 14 years lovely staff, but today I stood at the cash desk for about 10 seconds as the new member of staff was on her phone looked up served me I asked for a receipt after I had paid she went back to her phone looked up and I said can I have my receipt please sorry I never moan but I work in retail and would never be on my phone at the till point.

The guy that work at royal mail on one…

The guy that work at royal mail on one stop on St Annnes well in Nottingham is so rude. He is not happy working there, he doesnt know anything. If you have any doubt about you parvel or retirn parcel, he never know and answer you in a bad way. If he doesnt want ro work there anymore, give his job to someone that want that job. He is ridiculous.

Newhaven Marina

Newhaven Marina: I’m writing this because after 4 years complaining about early morning deliveries and metal cages being dragged across the car park. I find the customer services email has been shut down. Facebook wasn’t open and I don’t use their other social media. Early morning deliveries are a breach of the Commercial Lease. They wake the residents of a block of flats.

I use this shop a lot for returning…

I use this shop a lot for returning parcels etc
Unfortunately there is one particular member of staff who is always really rude!
She is a middle aged lady with dark hair
I always see her putting the bins out with a cigarette in her mouth
She shouldn't work in retail with the public if she finds it hard to be nice to the customers

DUDLEY PORT SAM & MARIAH ARE BIGOTS.

For over 8 years I’ve been coming to One Stop Dudley Port on an ad-hoc basis to collect grocery products. For years the service I have received has been excellent, I’ve been invited to one stop weddings, baby showers, been supported with my volunteering work and SOO much more over the years! But today I was abruptly BANNED from site like a common criminal with no legal ban notice issued nor any police presence/involvement.

As since the start of May 2024 Mariah mainly / Sam / Scott / and others have made it their mission to make me feel uncomfortable when attending site to make purchases.

The behaviours include refusing to serve me despite being on till, ignoring my 3 year old when he speaks to staff, refusing to provide customer service despite paying for products from the One Stop Dudley Port store, making direct threats about my persons, creating drama by encouraging known criminals and alcoholics into the store to discuss my persons & not acknowledging me or my child when we are being served on the tills.

For example On 23rd May early afternoon between the 3-4PM mark i came into store after a photoshoot so I was with my personalised 22KG Raven suitcase and my shades. I believe this ‘look’ must have upset Mariah and caused her to turn to a white middle aged member of staff ‘I just wanna punch her in da face’ which lead to her colleague laughing, Mariah walking away from the till to focus on ‘other store duties’ and me leaving the store thinking ‘why is she being like this?!.

Today at around 11am I attended store in mental distress to purchase a can of coke. Upon arrival Sam (the stores manager) has advised that I am banned from site due to Mariah crying… which is simply unacceptable, unjustified and not something that I will stand for.

As someone who suffers with mental health I am deeply saddened by the behaviour of the staff and their knowledge of my protected characteristics makes me feel much that this is coming from such a highly respected organisation that is regarded for their community compassion. Therefore I find the actions to be completely discriminatory and unacceptable.

As a community figure with ties to various departments I vow to take this matter as far as it can go because the way I spoken to by Sam today was unjustified, the way Mariah is encouraged to behave is also unacceptable and I will be contacting One Stop head office, trading standards and any other relevant department. I understand one stop Dudley port want to bully me away from site but I won’t be inconvenienced for one woman’s pleasure.

Appalling attitude post office staff

At five ways Cleethorpes store. I was absolutely appalled by the post office staff this afternoon posted 1 parcel and because I never asked for a receipt she said '' could have told me'' with an attitude then as I was walking out in front of a full shop she said "I could do with a crystal ball as I'm not a mind reader'' to her colleague and with that attitude I will not be returning and taking my customer elsewhere and I will tell people not to shop in there aswel because of the staffs attitude towards there customers.

For Oulton Road, Lowestoft

For Oulton Road, Lowestoft, shop. Always look for a particular member of staff, Shaz, if they are on I go elsewhere. They are rude, and unhelpful.
It is a shame as most of the staff are excellent, but I don't like being treated like something she has just stepped in. Probably will just get in my car and go elsewhere, saves the checking.

I just went to go to the shop and door was shut at 21.40 amd shop don't shut at 22.00 with no note saying early shut time well you lose on custom and hear nothing will change either way what happens better staff would help tbh

Bad.

Every time I go in I feel like I'm being watched and judged. I've worked in retail for a couple years so I've seen the look before, just didn't expect it from customer service. Also lost my parcel even though it was delivered to their door. That's pathetic, never using any of their services again. Only 1 decent lady staff, man on the phone was very rude and dismissive. If you work in customer service, at least pretend you like it so you don't make your customers feel like garbage. When I was in line, the customer next to me was frowning at me for collecting a parcel. If you don't get along with other people (who also exist) you're welcome to leave. Atmosphere is way too toxic.

Harassed in the store

I was harassed by a young man multiple times in the store who had followed me into the store, having even yelled loud enough to make the young man leave for a moment I was not happy and explained too one of the workers and had a slight slip of the tongue and cursed at them, and their reply was "Don't Swear at Me" And to "Ignore Them" Bit hard to do when they've been tailing me and was even waiting to tail me again outside the store! I will not be shopping here again and I recommend others do the same, it's not worth it.

Avoid shopping with Onestop

Within weeks of purchasing an insta 360 X3 from Onestop online water seeped in and killed camera even though it is garrenteed to 30+ feet underwater they asked for pictures and then claimed it was my fault. So I contacted insta direct they requested I sent it in for inspection they agreed it was a fault and replaced the item.i therefore advise anyone thinking of dealing with Onestop to avoid them like COVID.

New layout complaint

I used the post office section of the battle hill branch and found the layout and safety badly thought out both from the customer point of view and the serving staff, queues were mixed up and I felt very vulnerable when getting cash, was a very good post office branch but the new layout means I will now shop elswhere

I bought a product from them, and at checkout I was surprised to see that I was asked to pay a different price than the one displayed. When I asked why I had to pay extra I was told by the visibly annoyed seller that this was the correct price!
