Would not recommend this company, took 4 weeks to complete job, after paying upfront. Expensive for the job done
If you complain about products or leaks etc. are abusive and rude but were told it was being assertive!!
‘Likes’ on facebook are usually from the same people and pictures look ok from distance just don’t look too close

Amazing customer service & communication, no false promises. No job too big or small. Fitters do a fantastic job with no mess being left behind. Highly recommend to all.

We’ve just had our bathroom made into a shower room, it is absolutely gorgeous, everything has been perfect from the measuring up to the finish. We can’t praise Will the fitted enough he was polite and so so tidy, when he left each night the room was left clean and tidy. All the staff at the warehouse were so helpful and polite, nothing was a trouble.Thank you all very much.

Excellent service from first visit from lovely Darcy and Penny. Penny helped to pick everything I needed due to been spoilt for choice ( excellent choice I must say). Mark arrived and ripped out old bathroom he was very pleasant and friendly reassured me everything will be fine due to having problems with turning water off. He left everything clean and tidy.
My fitter was Dan who was very pleasant, polite and friendly and always smiling and always asked me if I was alright, to me he is a huge credit to the company. Dan done a excellent job of my bathroom and every day left everything spotless.
I have to say everyone even the delivery drive were very pleasant, polite and helpful and I would highly recommend to anyone.

Love Love Love my New Bathroom!! Excellent service from start to finish! Nothing was too much trouble for Harlene, Penny and Darcy - few trips to showroom as couldnt quite decide what I wanted (no pressure, options and alternatives offered, loan sample to view at home etc) Communication was excellent so i knew exactly what was happening every step of the way. Fitters fantastic aswell ( Dan and Team)- so professional and very very tidy! Job completed within time frame given and all rubbish removed too.

Excellent experience from start to finish. Penny came out, measured bathroom and we then gave her our budget limit and what we wanted in our new bathroom. Quote was in range with our budget and we ended up with full ceiling and walls cladded, flooring laid and new bathroom suite, including thermostatic shower. Dan fitted out our new bathroom in a professional and courteous manner. All old items from bathroom were removed cleanly and taken away. Needed some extra advice after bathroom fitted and Penny and the team were extremely helpful in our queries and some additional purchases, including a tall boy unit.. these were fitted by Marc, who also did a fantastic job. Can’t thank them enough for making our new bathroom a pleasure to use.

From initial contact with the team at One Stop everything was perfect. We did not want a full bathroom doing just a feature wall and the shower cubicle, which some companies wot do as the job is not big enough.Penny came out and measured our bathroom and answered all our questions and because we had two unsightly broken tiles Penny said they wouldn’t go over them as it would be unprofessional and would have to remove all the tiles on the back of the feature before replacing it with cladding. As this could cause further problems down the line. These tiles were very big and this was the reason we wanted the wall cladded as it looked awful. We then had to go to the showroom to choose which boards we would like and so Penny could work out a price.

We got the price and date for fitting the same day as we went to choose the boards which was great for us.

On the day of the fitting Dan came introduced himself and made sure all our stairs were covered with dust sheets before he started the job. I have worked with a lot of tradesmen over the years and Dan is probably the best I have seen in this field as his attention to detail and the finish was excellent. He left and left us with no mess anywhere and was such a pleasant guy to have a bit chat with. He told us some other company would be back soon to pick up the rubbish which they were.

I have to say in my experience this company and team deserve 10 stars as they were brilliant. I have recommended them to a few people and I know of one person whom has already been over and are going to make a purchase and a couple more people after seeing our bathroom are seriously thinking about having a bathroom makeover with them.

Got bathroom installed two years ago with no issues

By chance the spotlights went out and bathroom flooded the same week

Had to chase numerous times and was robbed off I would be called back … I had to repeatedly chase to be eventually told no one would be available to help

Finally got a couple of separate fitters to come and quote, both have said ‘who has installed this as the work
Is terrible’ and surprised trouble hasn’t started sooner

Happy to have your money but not so much to help

When work started oh quite a few weeks ago!!! I was told electrician arrives on Friday's well for the 5th time. I sat waiting all day again, NO SHOW- PHONE CALL . from either one stop/electrician, in fact to be honest when my landlord contacted one stop they had no idea of when completion would happen??? so from Monday i will be into the 6th week without a shower as i do not know if its safe to use. rating now is 2/5.

Absolutely amazing! Penny came out and designed my bespoke bathroom, Neil fitted it. Excellent service and workmanship, it’s perfect! I couldn’t be happier feels like a have a 5 star hotel bathroom. Thank you so much, lynn Dover

We are delighted with our new bathroom.From Pennys initial visit to measure up,given a quick quote the next day,visiting the showroom to discuss what we wanted,the delivery of all the goods on date arranged,the excellent 5* workmanship of Will the Fitter to the timely collection of all the waste.Huge thank you to Penny and all her team for a job well done.

Excellent delivery but was a bit worried when I didn't get an order confirmation email etc. So was left wondering when it would be delivered until the actual day of delivery when I got a phone call from driver.

My order was cancelled by me after being told they couldn't meet the delivery date due to Xmas closure
Received full refund within 2 days

Goods exactly as described so happy with that. The only let down was the delivery. The courier left the large parcels leaning against our front door in plain sight of anyone walking past. Fortunately the parcels weren't stolen but they could easily have been. Deliveries of this value should require a signature.

Been to many shops prior to one stop but they were by far the best so friendly and helpful and definitely the best range of cladding and flooring we had seen.

Samples arrived eventually after an email and phone call to chase.
Quality of product very good, still to order though
