Arrived on time with a smile , I’m even in the snow!!! Did it really quickly . Love the outcome !
The only thing I query is the price , was 150quid and took him an hour and a half , thought it was very steep !
However over all I am a happy customer with very clean carpets :)

The process was quick and rugs dried quickly with a bit of heating on. My favourite part was the lovely scent of the shampoo which lasted the whole day. The reason for 4 starts is I was rather underwhelmed with the outcome in terms of how clean and fresh the rugs looked but that might be because I own a carpet washer myself and the results were not much different from if I was to clean the rugs myself. However for the price, no effort on my part and lovely smell at the end I cannot complain but would probably use my carpet washer next time
