I have had to sign up for this as I wanted to recommend Colin and his team.
They could not have been more helpful, after I had a mistake. They went above and beyond what I had expected. Would use them again without hesitation!! Excellent

I ordered from this company as their website states 'stamp orders are dispatched the same day via Royal Mail First Class post, when ordered by 11am'.

I ordered on Wednesday and as I had not received a despatch confirmation I asked them on Thursday to confirm that the item had been posted. I was told to expect the order to be despatched Wednesday/Thursday of the following week.

I have asked for order cancellation/refund and so far emails have been ignored. Looks like I will have to issue a visa chargeback.

Avoid this amateur company at all costs.

Ordered a stamp online having read the wonderful reviews. After a week I contacted them as I still hadn't received stamp. Was told staff were on holiday and hadn't been able to do my order. It would be done ASAP and shipped by next day delivery as recompense for delay. Four days later I am still waiting - no contact from One Stop Stamps from start to say order would be late - really needed this stamp for my work.
Not happy at all with this kind of service.

Easy to deal with, very responsive and virtually hassle free. Always get what I want in a reasonable time frame.

Website was simple to use and we sent an email to show how we wanted the stamp to be. Communication was excellent. Stamps arrived promptly. We went for the recycled material stamps and as the cheapest they look and feel a little less but perform their function properly. Pleased with service and product!

I needed some thing to stamp my name and e.mail on the back of photographs...it works just great. I was surprised how quickly the stamp arrived just a couple of days.

I ordered a sheet of stamps I designed myself and the team were great with their advice on to get the best quality stamp and what would work for what I had in mind.

The only thing I would recommend is that it is made clearer on the website that the clear unmounted stamps are not the static cling type, as this could be what some people expect. Though for me this was not an issue and I would definitly use One Stop again.

What a super fast service from this company. Really impressed. I needed a specialist self inking stamp which was "made to order", ordered on the Thursday evening and it was through the letterbox by Saturday morning and at half the price I had been quoted by other companys. Very impressed at such a speedy and friendly service. Excellent and well done.
